I haven’t had to use it but glad to know I have it if I need to

I am so happy we purchased this warranty. It is such a peace of mind. Haven’t had to use it but knowing it’s there is a good feeling.

It’s great to have insurance on anything electronic now days. We get support, repair as needed or replaced pending if warranty can’t cover it.

Don't have to worry about the appliance breaking down and costing me money to fix it. It will also be replace if it can't be fixed.

These guys came in and made setup of our new dryer so easy. I normally do it all myself, and was tired of trying to fix our old dryer. They even switched the door to open the way I wanted. Worthy.

Purchased geek squad protection for all my appliances and electronics. It is worth it as they will either fix or replace my items with the protection

The agents lack communication within themselves and employees. Agents lack phone skills , spoke with 3 agents all whom left me on hold for over an hour!!! Very unprofessional , miscommunication with driver , employees , customer. Agents are not fast paced they move on their own time they do not care about the customers problems , some agents give out internal #'s to customers in order to get off the phone, I spent all day trying to fix my washer installation issues I WAS GIVEN A FAULTY WASHER!!!, LEAK was from cold hose and the bottom of the washer. agent stated that just because they mess up on one customer that they're not going to cancel the people who are next simply just for one person which is wrong to say because it is NEVER the customers fault for an employee NOT doing their job correctly!! The installation guy should of stated there and waited to see if there were going to he any issues but instead he seemed very rushed. My washer was leaking immediately after the installation guy left , he took all day to get back to me when this could of been a simple repair or simple look at what is causing the issue! Why did that have to take so long to fix HIS mistake! This is very rude to tell a cust. Basically saying my issue is not a priority to them even after purchasing warranty! Very poor communication with everyone and didnt enjoy feeling that I was not important enough for them to come fix this immediately. Best buy CS can say all they want about how they do business but you asked for my review and here is my honest one. I suggest everyone needs to be better at communication, Best buy should be able to contact drivers , if an issue occurs after installation cust. Should be compensated for the inconvenience and feel like they matter, ALL LIVES MATTER!!!!

I’m very pleased with the technician he wanna solve my washer and dryer beside that I wasn’t very happy with the delay is six months delay to get my washer and dryer dude that messed up my person he help me with the purchase and I have to wait six week to get the rest of the part. Very frustrating.

I haven't had an issue with this team. On time or set appointments. Customer service on point.

Having this service gives me good peace of mind. I have no doubt that they will be able to help with anything that goes wrong...if it does.
