First call to obtain warranty service on expensive, Built in KitchenAid microwave: Personable agent mistakenly claimed that KitchenAid provided a three year warranty and therefore he could not schedule service. He gave me a phone number for Pool service which I called. Even on Best Buy’s website, what they told me turned out to be true: product only has a one year parts and labor warranty. Second call: very personable, female agent takes all info and attempts to schedule service. She can’t. There are no geek squad service openings in my area today. She says she is referring me to the store. They should call back in 24 hours to schedule an appointment. We’ll see. This review will go up to two stars if they call.

Never got a chance to use this plan as the range I bought it for is being returned due to defects.

It is a good frig but the side of the freezer on the outside of the door on the side of the frig heats up I assume where there motor for the ice maker is, I don't know, I'm not a repairman, and I called after only a week after it was delivered to ask for someone to come and check it on the warranty but I am still waiting, no answer, nobody contacted me, it is getting hot enough to make the water coming out of it to be warm at first so I have to dump the first cup of water out and get the water to run a bit first to get cold water, this is a flawed product that hasn't been fixed yet!

Hopefully I wouldnt have to use this but if I do then I hope everything goes smoothly.
