Worth having for high value items! We’ve had to use it before and service was great.

I have not needed the warranty yet. So far the dishwasher is working smoothly. I Purchased the warranty for a reasonable price. The warranty provides assurance that If any problems arise, they will be taken care of.

I have had to use the Geek Squad several times with my different devices and have always been pleased with their friendly efficient service. They are happy to help solve problems as well as explain how to use my devices if I get stumped. In store customer service is as good as over the phone.

Always get the extended warranty! Over the years I have used Best Buy warranties for many items, from computers, appliances, TVs, etc. It's no fun paying up front, but when something breaks, it will save you a lot of money.

Havent had to use it. Hope I dont. The price was reasonable. I do like it covers parts and service. Really this review is for potential gift card.

I usually don't buy extended plans but after having worked on my old dishwasher at least a half dozen times before deciding to replace it, this was just peace of mind.

If anyone buys anything from Best Buy, add the protection plan. No hassle, down to the point good on their word service. No one comes close to this plan or package. A must have for any large appliance or electronic.

Not sure how to review this unless something breaks down, lets just hope that doesn't happen. very easy to set up though

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

A neccessity with todays appliances. They are so technical that if any problems with it cost more than the plan to have walk into the house. I wish you could renew plan when time was up

I love the ice maker because it gives you crushed ice like Sonic does. You have a lot of fridge space and freezer space

I had to get this. My last appliance from best buy broke right after the manufacturer warantee expired so I had to buy a new one. This will hopefully protect me longer.

I bought a microwave that broke after 18 months and had to submit a claim. Submitting the claim was not best, but everything afterwards was and BestBuy stood behind everything. I continue to purchase these from BestBuy.

I think the plan is ok! I thought I would cover more than does.

This is an amazing laptop, incredible for the college class.
