I was supposed to get an exchange for my microwave but the lack of communication was horrible. I was told completely different things after they attempted to deliver my microwave and was informed they would not take down my old non working microwave and would have to pay them to install my new one because they could not fix it and I paid for the 5 year warranty on it.

Geek Squad is the best! I recommend you to have this on all your major appliances and or gadgets, computers etc...

Great Protection plan. I always buy their protection plan.

Havent had to use it on the appliance yet but have had their service before on others. Its really simple to use when you have a problem.

Hopefully I will never have to use it but it is nice to have the reassurance that experts will do the repairs or replacement.

Got to have it! Never know what will happen. Never had an issue with getting someone to come out even if it's something small.

I always buy an extended warranty on tech/appliances with a lot of bells and whistles. So many things can go wrong.
