What a great, smooth experience we had with our Geek Squad appointment. They arrived a little early, were extremely neat, answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the positioning of the tv mount, had us sit and get the feel best for us. The product is just what we wanted, it doesn't stick out too much but yet has adjustments that let you move the set if need be. We are thinking of doing the same in a different room and would request the same team again.

Just awesome The two guys that came to mount the TVs were super professional, super helpful, followed every COVID guideline, and were superior workers. I’ve never used geek squad before but had 3 TVs to mount so I bought the 1 year membership to make the TV mounting a bit cheaper. Their work is 2nd to none. They showed me aspects of the TVs, how to work them, & even told me to get a different sound system (Sonos over Bose {which I did and am super happy}). I will be getting more TVs mounted & have a few other services done! These guys ARE AWESOME!

Made the appointment for the Geek Squad to install my new Samsung S95C, Sony HT-A7000 and Sony SA-Sw5. They arrived on time were very professional. They installed, set up, answered all my questions and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a big screen home theatre system.

The installation was very fast, and the staff were very patient and helpful in answering all installation questions. Very satisfied with everything.

Team members of geek squad arrived on time and got right to work. Installation and clean up went smoothly. Tv was installed at the perfect height I asked for. It wasnt until members left I noticed that the tv wasn't installed completely flush. I may attempt to follow up to see it that is at all possible.

Our first Geek Squad team drilled a mount into the stone of our back patio wall and mounted the tv then let us know the tv was broken. They told us we had to take the tv back to BB and ask for a replacement. After a week and a half we picked up a new tv, waited for the next available GS appt and on the second try got a working tv mounted. 4 stars bc we have a working tv mounted in stone. Missing a star bc I think the BB/GS team could have facilitated a replacement tv and install more efficiently without having the customer do the work.

THE TWO GEEK SQUAD MEMBERS THAT INSTALLED MY TELEVISION DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY CONTACTED ME THE MORNING OF AND GAVE ME AN EXACT ESTIMATE ON WHEN THEY WOULD BE ARRIVING. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY REMOVED MY PREVIOUS TELEVISION AND INSTALLED MY NEW ONE THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFFESSIONAL VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. AFTER THEY INSTALLED MY TELEVISION THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA WHERE THEY WERE AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP WITH MY NEW TELEVISION. I LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK A+++. Our toddler was the reason we decided to mount our tv on the wall. She thought it was funny rocking the entertainment center, which scared me (we have a 55"). We looked around to see what kind of mount we wanted, stationary or adjustable. We went with the adjustable variety and couldn't be happier (gaming on it is GREAT!). But I have noticed that the studs are coming out of the wall, 2 of the 4 studs (the white plastic part that goes in the wall before they put the screw in is visible) now I'm worried that three tv will fall off the wall. I'm going to call Best Buy to see if someone can come fix this problem.

Great crew and flawless set up. I did have to add two HDMI extensions to make it easier to tilt left and right, but that was a small adjustment.

I must give a shout-out to my Squad William and Angel. William called ahead of time to make sure I was at home so they can get my television and the cover for my cables to be installed and mounted. William and Angel mounted quickly and removed all labels that had my name on the packages to take with them. Angel cleaned up while William set up my television and even suggested for me to reach out if I needed any extra help. William took all empty boxes with him and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Thank you guys for everything.

The agents mounted my TV and sound bar and got everything connected and set up before leaving. They did an excellent job!! Very knowledgeable!!

The team that came to my home were professional, set things up right the first time, and made sure that it was done right! With there work I am satisfied that I will not have to worry about this set up falling apart.

One Geek Squad agent came and installed my 55" TV to the wall and made sure everything was secured and working as required. Very fast and efficient for having no other assistance.

The installation squad arrived Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and Efficient. Excellent Customer Service❣️ Also assisted with Spectrum set up, speaking directly to Spectrum Customer service to resolve technical issues. The old tv haul away service definitely worth the extra fee.
