Pleased with installation and removal of old tv. the short tutorial was very helpful

The agents mounted by TV and set up all my devices.

Great job mounting the 75-inch TV but they didn't do a good job cleaning up after themselves. The lady I spoke to on the phone to book the service said the wiring would be covered and it was not, and cables would be run to the box, again not the case. Trash was not hauled away. A little pricy for the service you end up receiving. Did not get hooked up to Xfinity by the Geek Squad, Xfinity had to come back out to set it up which cost me another $75 service call.

Having the Geek Squad deliver and set up my 55" TV was a tremendous benefit. They knew just what they were doing, set up the set in a few minutes then spent all the time necessary to adjust the settings, teach me how to use it and even connected and set up the BlueRay player and Roku box. It was all ready when they left. This is the only way to buy a large TV.

They were respectful of me and my property. They were helpful, funny and kind. I should have let them do the demonstration when they were done but I knew I would eventually figure it out on my own…lol. I did.

Geek Squad came out and installed my grandsons 50" flat screens and TV Stands. They were professional, and fast. I highly recommend Geek Squad for installation and assembling. At least you're know its done correctly.

The Geek squad team (2 persons) came over and mounted my 77 in LG TV to the wall, they did it correctly but once done they did not cleaned up the area correctly. They were not successfully sent up the TV with my receiver.
