Loved the job the installer did, was no issue and arrived on time.

The Geek Squad came to my home early and I like that as the weather heat advisory indicated. Installed the TV bracket in no time (less than 20 mins) and additionally assisted with correcting / connecting our fire stick as well. Again I highly recommend the Geek Squad for installation projects. Thank you.

The employees that arrived to install my 75” tv were wonderful. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job. Left the area clean and set up the smart tv for me including my prime video. Have hired them to come back and set up my sound system. Can’t wait. Definitely worth the money!

They did a very good job mounting my TV over my fireplace.

The agent did an excellent job mounting my TV and sandbar. Too bad the tv’s picture went bad less than month after purchase!

Jordan Bradford properly connected the sound bar to the TV, downloaded the necessary applications in the phones to have the system set up and powered. Jordan also completed the setting up of the TV with the Apple TV Box and left it properly working as well in the TV

Great picture quality. Smart TV: we catch all Of our shows across Disney, AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Plus and Amazon. This TV offers the full gamut. Also, it has been fun to livestream “Club Quarantine” with DNice on it. Geek Squad came and integrated the sound bar and our cable.

The technicians were prompt with the arrival time that was provided. They did a fine job of cleaning up they're work area once the job was complete. The television was mounted in under half the amount of time it would've taken me to do it myself. I would definitely sign up for this service again.

The installation was part of the TV purchase promotion and being a Tech Support member was a sweet deal. The Squad was on time, personal and very thorough. They got to the task quickly and finished up in good order. Excellent review of new TV features and left no questions unanswered.

It all starts with Zack who is more than attentive when it comes to what I am trying to accomplish. Once he gets done BJ installs and makes it come together perfectly. The ONLY reason why I do all my business at Best Buy is because of Zack and BJ (Blair). Never ever let them get away, they are the best!

I felt I was an inconvenience to installers. First time with Geek Squad being less than highly satisfied. I wasn’t shown certain functions on controls and new soundbar. They did ask “do you have any questions” however when you have a new system how do you know if you have any questions? I paid almost $700 for setup and installation and I think the installation should have been more thorough.
