They were amazing, and on time. Put the TV mount where it needed to be and set the TV up for us to use right away and explained how to use, and even helped us not have to use the cable box since the expensive TV came with it's own wireless cable. Very happy and would highly recommend, my husband and I did not argue once:)

I felt I was an inconvenience to installers. First time with Geek Squad being less than highly satisfied. I wasn’t shown certain functions on controls and new soundbar. They did ask “do you have any questions” however when you have a new system how do you know if you have any questions? I paid almost $700 for setup and installation and I think the installation should have been more thorough.

Very satisfied with the installation! The technician was courteous, and knew what was needed to do the job right the first time.

Your Geek Squad was very professional and safety conscious from the pandemic. They also wore plastic booties so as to not dirty my floors. They answered all my questions clearly and even closed some holes in the walls from the previous install. They set me up nicely for my entertainment needs.

However, they asked if I had an extension cord. I went and got one for them. But, after they left, I saw that they had mounted the white cord on the brick wall on which the tv is mounted. If I had known why they wanted a cord, I would surely have brought a brown one that would not have been so obvious on a brick wall. Now I am faced with finding some way to color it so that is not what you see first when you look at the tv.

The Geek Squad installation of my new TV was quick.

The agents mounted my TV and the soundbar. They were very helpful in explaining how my Smart TV works and in using the various features with the remote.

TV was mounted and everything was connected. Then the guys showed me how to use the TV and bar.
