Kyree was my Geek Squad rep. He mounted my TV and sound bar. He was fast, a perfectionist, and most of all very professional. He takes pride in what he does and is VERY informative. Kyree went above and beyond and did an excellent job! Because of his service, I would give the Geek Squad a perfect NPS (net promoter score).

I was very pleased with the results of my set up and being made aware of the wireless surround sound system, and limiting the need for wires running everywhere.

Best shopping ever my Tv screen was good choice but some trouble at the moment with the instalitikn guy he took very long never brought someone else to help mounting at the wall need it me to help him do it all.

Works as stated, extends just right and the tilt is adequate.

The agents did mount the tv., however, a wire was showing and I asked them to put it through the opening so it was behind the wall. They were supposed to make a return visit to do this and that never happened.

These guys were really friendly and made it to my confusing apartment location without issue. Before I could ask them if they wanted a drink, they were finished mounting! They took time and helped me set it all up and explained everything. Really a great service and worth it. Thank you guys!

Mounted a TV in our outdoor room. This was something that we could not have done ourselves. They thought of every detail (hiding cords, etc. ) that we hadn’t thought of. The best service!
