Great guys,installed .y tv,no fuss moved my mount ,hid all the wires,made sure all worked these guys are great.

The agents did great with mounting the televisions and connecting everything.

The set-up went very smoothly. The Geek Squad was on time and their work was excellent.

We brought back a 75” multi system TV from overseas. The TV weights 80 pounds, too heavy for me to install. I contacted the Geek Squad and set up an appointment. They arrived on time and after mounting the TV on the wall connected our cable box, DVR and connected the TV to the WIFI. Neat installation and great customer service.

I recently moved and had to have my 85" TV remounted in my new house. People showed up on time, installation only took about 30 minutes. TV looks great. My only complaint is that they won't transport the TV, even for within city moves. I had to dismount it from the old house myself (unless I wanted to pay for two separate appointments) and rent a truck to move it.

The Geek Squad placed my large 65" TV over my Fireplace and used a great wall mount that was appropriate for my needs. The TV is on a full-motion wall mount that gives me maximum flexibility to dodge light coming into my Family Room. Their advice and work were valuable to my final satisfaction.

Dicks word spent time made sure everything was right before he left great personality of Cedric who came . Joining the squared was the best thing we did we bought our appliances washer dryer TV sound bars and they come right away to install them and they’re great if you have a problem even trying to solve it by phone

These guys were great...very, very professional...answered all my setup questions...once done, give me a much needed demo of my new TV...I appreciate them so much and would use this service again...THANKs !!!

Very Nice Picture, BIG Surprise for the Price. No complaints, very happy now for couple months now.

The Agents installed my new LG 55" smart tv and connected all the HDMI components including my sound bar. The new remote is a little complicated and takes getting used to but the viewing is fantastic.

The agents were awesome, could not have been better.

The Agents arrived in timely manner, Installed my new television on existing mount and showed me most of the new TV's functionality. They even assisted me with another issue (covered under my Total Tech agreement).

The mount does its job without a problem. Glad I bought it.

Fred and his assistant were great. They installed everything correctly. Unfortunately, the mount recommended by the store staff won't support the tv. The tv droops on it's face. Returning the mount and will have Fred come out and reinstall the tv.

Installers were great! Ironically there’s an issue with the audio of the TV and Best Buy is honoring extended return date and exchanging for a new one!
