    The technicians went above and beyond, correcting the mounting done previously, and making sure my new TV was secure and ready to go. My husband was telling them why we were replacing our TV--that it had been broken in transit when we hired a JobSquirrel* (company name changed) to move from one apartment to the other. Our technician said "That's why you go with the Geeks!" and really I have to agree. The TV looks beautiful, the installation was quick and professional, and the mount now correctly swivels and tilts as it was meant to rather than the stiff movement we had before. Great work, and super, super friendly staff!

    TV set up and mount from GEEK Squad

    They did a great job mounting my 86 inch TV. They installed the wall mount that I bought somewhere else, then mounted the TV. Then they made sure I was connected to the internet and knew how to turn on and use the TV. They also hooked up my subwoofer. When they left, they tool all the boxes and packaging material.

    Geek Squad Installed 75” TV & Sound Bar

    The 2 installers from Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my 75” TV and Sound bar. The Best Buy Mount I purchased would not work correctly. The Geek Squad Team had a different mount the worked better and took my mount back to the store for a refund. Well worth cost for this install

    I have been a Total Tech member for many years and Agents Fred and Alex were incredible! They installed an in-wall plug socket, a tv titling wall mount and sound bar mount in our son's new house. After the install, they mounted the TV and the Sonos sound bar. They were incredibly knowledgable about the Sonos system and gave us helpful hints about our Sonos speakers, as well as educated us about the Eero internet booster.I highly recommend Fred and Alex for their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness after the project was completed.

    I had Best Buy do the installation and I was extremely happy with the results. They arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time, got right to work, mounted the TV on a bracket that I had previously had, checked all of the settings on the TV, aided me in downloading several ABS including the local cable service AB that allowed me to return the cable box I had been paying a monthly rental fee for more than 5 years. Both representatives who installed the TV were both courteous and more importantly very knowledgeable concerning the workings of the TV. They gladly answered all my questions.

    Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the Geek Squad member who mounted my big screen TV, but he is a ROCK STAR!!! My TV needed to be mounted above the fireplace, with a new wall mount which I also bought at Best Buy. Glad I bought it because the guy said that while I possibly could use the same one, the new one I bought would be much better. He measured everything, used a level, put that TV up (he had an assistant that was also great) did it in record time and perfectly!! He took the old TV (50 inch) and installed that one upstairs in my master bedroom, AFTER putting together a new TV stand that I had to buy (also at Best Buy!). He also installed my new DVD player AND Sound Bar! All items that I also purchased at Best Buy. This guy totally deserves all accolades, bonuses, raises, etc. that you will allow!! He was kind, friendly and patient...and funny! I would recommend him again in a heartbeat!! So, if his name is on record with my installation, give that man KUDOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Geek Squad sent top notch installers to take out our Savant and put in a Sonos system. They made sure every detail was perfect and that I knew how to work my new system.

    Bayerd the installer was awesome! Did it all by himself(was kinda skeptical at first, seeing him all alone)! Very polite, professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself too,haha! The only con was not getting a call 24hrs prior to the appointment and narrowing the delivery & install time from 8hours (12pm to 8pm) to at least 2 hrs. (Am not sure if it was best buy’s responsibility) That was like the whole day wasted just waiting. Otherwise, the installation took only an hour from 545 to 645pm! And he connected my soundbar and made sure everything was working well before he left.

    The persons who came to mount and install the TV on the wall were very professional, knowledgeable, and finished the installation very quickly. They made sure everything was working and that I fully understood operation of the device before leaving.

    Justin Hanrahan and Patrick Trainor from the Geek Squad did an awesome job installing the SANUS tv MOUNT and setting up my SAMSUNG TV. They were very professional and did not take the long to complete everything. Thanks Best Buy and the Geek Squad for a very enjoyable experience.

    Mounted TV on Tile Fireplace

    I just moved into my new build house with tile fireplace and was very nervous to have someone drill through the tile, but Kevin from Geek Squad at Best Buy was a total pro and took good care of everything. He made sure I had the best mount and cabling for my setup and left everything clean when he finished. I took away one star because of the online scheduling. I booked my appointment several weeks ahead of time and had a hold payment on my credit card, but for some unknown reason the appointment was canceled by Best Buy just 2 days away from the appointment. I had to redo the appointment online which was charging more than the initial price, so I had to call customer service to get things resolved at the correct price (customer service was professional and got it taken care of - but it was stressful and took up my time to coordinate rescheduling, etc.)

    First time using this service, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The two technicians made for a truly excellent installation experience. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and were able to guide me in tech choices that I didnt know I needed to make while still ensuring I got what I wanted. The whole experience could not have been better. And they completed the install quickly as well.

    The Geek Squad is the way to go for setting up all the purchases at Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, informative and they are professionals in all they do. They are a 5 star squad that will give you relaxation when it come to setting up your purchases from Best Buy. Let them use their knowledge and technology and just kick your shoes off and relax.

    Installers did a great job once they appeared, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were apologetic about the delay. They were kind about needing to fit a new mount to the wall, as the old one was incompatible, and they fortunately had one in their vehicle that I could buy directly from them. The only reason for not giving a 5 is the logistics around setting up the appointment and wrong information I was given by the store. The original day they were scheduled, I got a notice that they were not going to be able to do the install, BUT I only got the notice at the end of the promised arrival interval, so I'd wasted the afternoon being home and available, and missing an activity I wanted to attend. When they did arrive three days later, it was not at the time I'd been promised when I was notified of the first cancellation, so I'd again spent hours waiting at home for no good reason. The actual install went smoothly, but only because the installers happened to have a wall mount device in their vehicle. When I had called the store to set up the install, I'd asked whether I would need a new mount. I was told that since my prior TV was a 55 inch, and I was replacing it with a 65 inch, that my old mount would work. In fact, it didn't, and I would have had to wait until a new install date could have been set up, had the installers not happened to have the right sized mount in their vehicle.

    Very fast and professional. I didnt have yo move too many things, as they did not mind working in tight corners. It was a father and son duo contracted out through Geek Squad it sounded like. But I enjoyed there hospitality, respect to the home, and fast pace of service.

    I can't imaging trying to mount our new 77 inch TV ourselves. The geek squad did a great job for us, installing the Sanus wall mount and then placing the TV on it, with all the cords nicely organized and bound together. They mounted the new soundbar to the bottom of the Sanus mount, so that it moves wherever the TV moves. They paired all of our devices to the TV remote (Soundbar, Xfinity, Apple TV, BluRay player, video games), making our watching experience easy and seamless.
