The team did a good job to hook up everything for my new TVs that I really enjoy.

The agents did a great job. They mounted the TV and sound bar, answering all of my questions. Stephen explained how everything worked, how I flipped back-and-forth between XFinity and Apple TV while Don answered moms questions. They were a great team.

The guys were great & professional. My only complaint is that they didn’t leave the paperwork from my tv or soundbar! I hate having to try to look this stuff up on a computer while simultaneously trying to figure out how to do something with the tv, etc. Very disappointed & frustrated as I waited 3 weeks for them to show up at all.

The technicians used multiple methods to ensure no debris, dust or materials were left anywhere. They also took the time to walk though all the features in plain english. Well worth the cost, great value for me.
