The agents mounted the TV and got the cable in the wall. The salesman told us they could run the power in the wall as well but that was not the case. We will need to hire an electrician. Sales should have a better knowledge of what the agents can do. I was very pleased with the “Squad”. Great and knowledgeable guys.

The guys had to take down the old tv,they were very careful cause I was giving it to my son. They installed the new on along with the sound bar, adjusted all the settings an d cleaned up everything.

We were very pleased with the job the men did in hanging and installing all the equipment for our new TV. We had them put it on the wall and they measured and did a great job and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Couldn't ask for better work and also the help they gave to make sure we understood the new controls we had. Thanks Best Buy!

The tv setup was an ideal spot and setup perfectly.

The TV stand that was originally mounted did not work out for our TV. So the agents did a re-do and disassembled the TV stand quickly, so that we can return it to the store for a refund. The agents have done a great job every time they have been to my house to install TV equipment, etc.

I had a difficult mounting job. I have a cut-out where my TV is supposed to go above my fireplace. I found the right mount but the install was still complicated by the presence of multiple outlets. The techs handled it in stride and resolved it in a reasonable, if not impressive, amount of time.

Geek Squad has installed 3 tv's, 2 sound bars, a convection microwave, and solved issues on my other purchases. I am so happy to be a Total Tech member and have the Geek Squad there for me.

Service installer was awesome. He called in advance to give us the time he was to arrive and then called again when on his way. He mounted and connected the TV and our Roku in about 30 minutes. He was a delightful man.

The agents were at my home on time and quickly and efficiently mounted my TV and programmed it to go with my cable service. They were very professional and helpful and made sure I could access all of my services before they left. I am thinking about asking them to come and install my Ring doorbell and my smart lights.

It’s great—geek squad mounted it and set it up, although they couldn’t get one remote to do everything which I have on all my other TVs including this same one. That’s why I gave 4 stars.

Nick and Jason were great. Very personable and informative. Installation was smooth and complete. However, we forgot to tell them about our echo devise, to be added to the new wifi that was installed. I was able to connect to our new wifi.

the men who came to mount our tv were very professional.they removed old tv and installed new one very carefully .i was so happy.

The actual installation went OK. However the whole process was very frustrating leading up to that. I had made an appointment (soonest available time was 3-4 wks our) that somehow dropped out of the system. When I got the email notification I called and asked about it, to which they told me they didn’t know why and that I would have to reschedule another appointment, which ended up having to be an even later date. The time window was noon-8pm. I told them that because of this change, I would be back at work by that date so it would have to be 3:30 or later as I wasn’t going to take off work for it now, so she told me she was putting that in the notes. Then, the night before, I get a message stating they would be here between 11-2. I called him back explaining that wouldn’t work, to which he initially replied that he wouldn’t come at 3:30 because he would then get home too late. Finally after explaining my frustration with everything leading up to this, he agreed to come at that time after all. Once they came to do the actual installation, everything went fine and took no more than 20 minutes.

The guys that came was fast and nice talked us through the whole set up for the tv.
