The agent replaced the slim fixed Sanus TV mount with one that can tilt.

The installers mounted the tv and connected it to my devices. They were very knowledgeable

The guys were great both times they came out. But the mount is not recommended, I bought a 75” and this mount should support up to an 85”, but it keeps tilting to one side so I have to adjust it all the time.

The Geeks were excellent. They communicated well about when they would arrive and arrived on time. The mounting and set up went smooth and they hauled the old set away as asked. If I have anything negative to say is that they could have cleaned up behind themselves a little better but at least they tried.

The mount that I purchased is going to be installed on March 13th. 2022 so it hasn't yet arrived. I was originally going to have the TV mounted on the wall, then I changed my mind. After seeing the TV on the stand I decided to have it mounted.

Everything was up and running to my expectations. Removed my old equipment and packing from the new purchase.

They mounted my new SONY 65 inch TV on my existing wall bracket and wired everything up to the new Marantz AVR. The 2 front channels from the AVR were supposed to pre-out to my Sunfire 2 channel Amp to power my large front speakers. They connected the right channel to a subwoofer pre-out. I had to correct the mistake when I noticed that no sound was coming from the front right speaker.

Outstanding service. Two guys showed up, as the TV is rather large and 2 are needed to mount TV to this stand. Stand has tremendous swivel. Big reason for purchase and I extremely happy.

Pleasant helpful fellow. Sound system was not included in set~up which was a surprise. Still working on getting that perfect.

Installation time was quoted and very accurate. My tech was super informative and asked questions so that we were sure to understand everything he was doing. Very highly recommended.

I appreciate the efforts of the Geek Squad. Unfortunately they missed the original installation commit date due to one of the two Geek Squad members calling out that morning (I wasn't notified until the scheduled day obviously). This was very disruptive. They did reschedule quickly, but I felt they were rushed to complete the installation service given the lead accommodated by working on his scheduled day off.

We love BB’s Total Tech Support program. Moved into new house and have had BB do entire home install of everything from internet to TV’s to appliances. Great experience every time. Technicians are well-trained, professional and very personable. A+ all the way.

Geek Squad is awesome! They called when they were on their way and arrived in the time window provided the day before (robo call). The pair were experienced and knowledgeable and had the tv installed quickly and easily. I highly recommend this service for tv installation.

Main guy was very respectful and knowledgeable about the TV - Helper guy was having a little trouble with the screwdriver! Low rating is because they got some of the cords tangled in the arms of the mount which precluded the TV from being precisely adjusted on the wall. Discovered after they left. I was able to partially adjust the cords myself to mostly correct the situation but if I want full mount functionality, I will need them to come back out to correct the situation. They should have checked behind the TV and for full mount functionality before they left. Also, they didn't explain to me before they mounted the TV the limitations I had on how high I could hang the TV on my existing over the fireplace mount given the existing mount and the TV bracket hole connections. They offered no solutions to deal with the issue.
