Our installer did an amazing job. Very professional in his work and he had a great attitude when showing us how to navigate through everything with the new remote. He answered all of our questions and we’ve been enjoying our new tv and theater surround sound since. Thanks so much.

The guys were very nice and efficient. They pointed out problems that needed to be corrected, how to correct and set up the appointment. They also answered my questions and none was too stupid.

This was part of my tv setup, and it was worth it. They setup and connected my tv to the Internet, then completed any additional updates and set it for auto updates in the future, and helped diagnose the problems that were causing me to have slow and intermittent internet at times. They were friendly and professional, and very knowledgable about their job.

Preferred not to mount 77" TV on my own. Geek Squad did a great job. Even recommended best height for TV viewing. Also showed me basics of using the remote.

The person doing the install was very accommodating to a change in my schedule, and was able to work around it. He kept me advised as to his timing, and was very helpful with the set up of the tv.

The agents were quick in setting up our new tv and friendly. Our only complaint is that we paid to have our old tv taken away. After several phone calls and a store visit with promises to call, it is still sitting in our living room two months later.
