The agents came on time and mounted my samsung 43" tv on the wall. The workmanship was awesome and after the work they cleared the debris and shipping package. I will definitely recommend the Geek Squad.

Highly suggest this service. Everything was quick and professional. They even have options for running cables through walls if you want to add that additional $150 package, I think it is worth it. They even set up everything on the tv for me as well as update the firmware.

Made sure that everything worked great before they left.

The service was performed very well and timely, and the appointment was even moved up during the day. The agents called ahead of time and asked if I wanted to reschedule due to a cancellation. The cost is a bit high ($200) for the 70"+ install I think it was, since it took about 30 minutes to do. However, my install was pretty simple and I could see how it could take quite a while longer for a different scenario.

I love my new tv and they mounted it perfectly on my wall.

I liked the tech but there was supposed to be two techs and only one was able to make it. One tech had to put up a 65 inch tv by himself so he put his hand directly on the screen and pushed the tv on to the mount. Put a lot of force on the screen. I am worried about long term damage from this.

Very easy to set up and install. I would recommend this.

Danie was the greatest. He was neat, clean, very respectful of my home. Got the job done quickly. Showed me how the bracket worked. Set up my TV. Showed me how to use the remote. He even removed all trash. It was genuinely a A++++ experience.

The Geek Squad did a super job of installing my new 75" TV. They were very courteous and efficient. They were careful in measuring the height to place the mounting and cleaned up everything before they left. If you are having a large screen TV installed, I would recommend that you pay the bucks and let the Geeks do it.
