He was very knowledgeable and when the mounting hardware was not compatible with the existing bracket, he made sure he secured the proper pieces to make it right. Wish I had understood the total tech purchase. Paranoid about calling in case you charge me. Still not getting anything out of my new printer even though I took it to Best Buy for check up. Had Comcast come since your visit to fix your help. Disappointed I was promised a free visit and threatened with much more in charges, and did not r Clive most of what I expected. Very disappointed and threaded. Did not buy the product I was promised

The agents did an excellent job mounting my TV, setting everything up so that a single remote controlled all devices, and explaining everything to me to ensure I understood how to use everything before they left.
