The geek squad did a tremendous job hanging my tv!

Tv mounted well. We have it mounted in the corner and it looks good

1st group of techs came out mounted TV and didnt mount soundbar which I paid extra for, They stated I was better off placing soundbar on top of ent center since there was going to be little clearance they also left TV crooked ( i wasnt there instead I had an over 18 year old adult there to let them in), 2nd group came out and said that the 1st team of techs probably didnt install sound bar because I needed a better mount so they suggested which one to buy, they pried off the newly installed socket in wall and they tried to clean up routing of cables and wires even hauled my TV box for me, 3rd group of techs came over was able to mount sound bar, straightened out the TV but said that they couldnt run wires behind wall because previous team had snapped off tabs for the $79 outlet that I paid for. No one from Best Buy has returned my call since. The geek squad jobs get outsourced to contractors and no real QC from Geek Squad/ Best Buy. If you call or need something you better have a plethora of time to ait on hold and to try and get through geek squads customer service lime. Highly dissapointed!

Geek Squad Justus and Nick did a great job installing our new LG 77" TV, plus running speaker wire under the house for my sound system. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, and we're very pleased with the results.

They were on time and did a proffetional job mounting my TV.

We moved and paid to have the Geek Squad come and reinstall our large screen TV and other associated electronics. They also delivered a small bedroom size TV. They were very competent and did a very good and thorough job.

The guys who mounted my tv were amazing and very polite. Made my theater room awesome.

the agents connected all the devices and got the tv running well. The only problem, connected to sound bar I cannot use the tv sound system. should be able to do this.

The agents mounted and connected our 86" TV in a timely manner, explained all of the basic to us and made sure we were comfortable using the Remotes before leaving us along. We truly appreciate the care, concern and professionalism given to us. Our rating is a "5."
