i Needed to install my tv mounting bracket. I checked into the options Best Buy has for installation. Since I have geek squad service, it was at a discount and a very reasonable price. The installation only took 15 min. The rep was quick and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

The Geek Squad that came to our home did a fantastic job of replacing our TV mount and then doing the complete install of our 75" TV. The TV had already been sent here, so the entire project took a little over an hour, and they took all the boxes, etc with them. Great Job !!!!!

The Geek Squad service is wonderful. They communicated and confirmed my appointment time. Arrived on time. Delivered, Mounted and Connected my TV to my Internet and Cox Cable. Their service includes much more. Definitely worth the 2 yr subscription.

Our experience with Best Buy service has been excellent. Courteous phone agents and technicians that came out were courteous and professional.

If you havent done mounting before and need someone to do it for you, geek squad is a good way to go. I know it varies by branch but mine is great. All around good guys and made sure everything is aligned and connected to my devices. They will also clean up after themselves. Would recommend this if you need help.

Our fireplace has tile where I wanted the TV mounted and I was nervous about drilling and potentially breaking one. The guys did a great job and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend using Geek Squad for a difficult mounting location!

The Geek Squad installed my tv quickly and professionally. They were also a great source of information concerning some questions I had about possible service providers and what they offered. They knew what they were doing and how to educate their customer on how to use a new product.

The experience process was awful, it was the worst experience I’ve had with Best Buy. I was told one thing when I bought the television about when the delivery and installation could be done. When the guy called he advised it couldn’t be delivered at that time. He stated he would call me when he would be in route to my house and I would meet him. He never called and gave my service to someone else. The new person didn’t call and never rang my door bell, which is a ring doorbell. When I called the Geek Squad number, I told a subject what happened and he set me up for a date near to that. No one showed up and I went to Best Buy and talked with two individuals and they told the person who gave me the second appointment shouldn’t have given an appointment, even though that was the number to call. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to go to the bottom of the list, they seemed very uncaring to my issue. The guy who installed my television was great. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing what he was doing, and wanted me to know if anything goes wrong how to reach him.

He went above and beyond to assure everything was done correctly and that my TV and sound system were both operating correctly. I’m very grateful he took the time to be so thorough because the subwoofer was not connecting and no sound was coming from it. The agents were very courteous and professional.

The new TV (55") was easy to have installed with this wall mount. The mount was connected to the studs and then the TV was easily slide on the mount to center it. The TV is very close to the wall.

I’ve always had a great experience with the Geek Squad! I like that they call me to give me a 20 minute heads up that they are on their way. They are respectful of my property and clean up before leaving. I refer everyone to them for Amy installation job!
