THE AGENTS MOUNTED TV AND CONNECTED ALL DEVICES - ATTEMPTED TO ENSURE ALL ITEMS CONFIGURED PROPERLY

The natal of the mount and TV went smooth and looks great on my inset wall. Unfortunately, we were the last stop of the day and it was late in the evening so the crew couldn’t calibrate the new TV. Watched a YouTube video and it looks excellent.

Geek squad service was awesome! They installed all my devices very quickly. Mounted two large telephone and adjustable mounts and a sound bar. Plus Hooke me up to my internet and showed me how to work. I’m a bit technically challenged so it really helped. Thanks guys.

After an initial scheduling experience that was terrible due to the disconnect between online scheduling + phone and chat agents + the local Geek Squad members, it was refreshing to have these agents who were friendly and efficient.

Geek Squad removed my old TV and mounted the new Samsung 65" TV. They also hauled away the old TV. They did a great job. Good quality work and very professional. The technicians were very professional and courteous.

Installer was friendly and set everything up for me. It was all good to go before he left.

I made the mistake of getting a TV delivered and it arrived with a cracked screen that was not discovered until it had been mounted (by someone else). Best Buy replaced the TV, delivered it and mounted it. After telling me they were going to have to charge me, I instead got a refund. This is why I will always go to them first!

I had an 82" television mounted by the Geek Squad. The installers were great and the day of the service they telephoned numerous times to keep me updated on their arrival. They truly seemed to enjoy their work. The installation was perfect.

The crew kept me posted with regards to my appointment time. They came in and set everything up perfectly. They took the time to explain what they were doing and suggested a better location for our soundbar. Would highly recommend.
