Technicians were professional and respectful. They did a beautiful job mounting the TV. The TV was mounted less than a month ago and I have lost the screen on the TV twice. The screen says to check the power connections. The first time it happened I shut the TV and started it again by pressing the power button. The second time it happened I had to reboot the TV. If this occurs again I will make an appointment for the Geek Squad to correct.

The agents gave me constant updates on their arrival that REALLY helped! They were on time, very friendly, efficient, professional, and answered my questions. They mounted and set up my TV with skill and precision. I'm looking forward to working with them again. Thanks, Geek Squad!

The first installers clearly had no idea how to perform their tasks and walked out on the job leaving our house a disaster. After complaining to the sales manager he arranged for a competent installer to come, who had no trouble performing the required tasks.

The team was very friendly and got the job done efficiently. Kept me informed of what they needed to do. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star was they didn't ask me to make sure the tv's came on before they left. Wish there was a discount for a total tech member.

They did an excellent job mounting an 85" TV. They knew what they were doing. Mounting over the fireplace mantel left only a few inches from ceiling and few inches from mantel. They got it just right. They took box, plastic straps, and other trash. Also very courteous.

Raymond and his partner did excellent job of switching out returned and installed new TV . They very knowledgeable and great instructions on the new TV.

We purchased a 75 inch flat screen and had it delivered, thinking we could get it up on the wall. Not so. Geek Squad came out within a couple of days and mounted the TV and did some basic set up. They attempted to do a neat job of putting zip ties around the cables, but we had to cut them because the cables were too short the way they left it. The installers were very professional and left our living room neat when they were finished.

The team that came to my house and put up the tv mount and the tv and set everything up did great. I couldn't have asked for better. I would hope that all the Geek Squad people are as good or even better then the lady and gentlemen I dealt with. Let me finish by saying WOW....

The geek squad installed our Apple TV and eeros to get better reception. We changed our Internet provider and needed an alternative provider for TV service. Our geek recommended Play Station Vue for TV channels and we are happy with the new service which is a fraction of the price of what we were previously paying.

Great experience with the tech and helper. Tech was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to mounting. Cables connected in right places with enough length to spare .Just need time to learn the remote but I can do it.

This mount is an easy setup. It’s a two person job.
