The Geek Squad technicians were very personal and proffesional! They showed up on time and after hitting a few "Curve Balls" had our new TV installed and working perfectly!

The technicians were on time, personable, professional and efficient. They answered my questions with satisfactory answers and were beyond the call to reattach my system since the one I had was really antiquated (plasma TV with separate audio/video components). Thank you for responsibly disposing of my old TV and AV units.

Geek Squad hung our 65” tv and sound bar and hooked up all devices. They did a great job and made sure the app for the sound bar was fully functional too. Very polite and personable duo.

The guys we had were awesome! They were prompt, careful, asked exactly where we wanted the tv mounted, and cleaned up the area under where they had to drill. We were very pleased!

Marcos handled everything! He delivered the tv, installed the mount, plugged everything in and made sure everything worked. He even cleaned everything up when he was done. He then took the time to patiently and pleasantly instruct these senior citizens on how to use all the new technology and equipment.

The installers from best Buy arrived on time and took down my upstairs TV from the wall mount, installed my 55" downstairs TV upstairs on the wall mount and set up my new 65" lg and connected everything to working order in less then 90 minutes. I was impressed. There was no doubt they knew what they were doing.

Agent showed up alone but was very capable and managed the task very well. Put a new TV on an older wall mounting without too much trouble. Helped us with many features of the new TV. Jarell, from the Signal Hill store, was a very good representative for your company

I had a bad TV, so I had to have a 2nd delivery. Both times the agents worked fast and professionally. The second time they stayed to help diagnose an audio problem between the TV and my receiver. Very happy with the service and much easier than trying to take home and setup a 75" TV by yourself.

Excellent service. Tech was knowledgable and helpful offering suggestions on things to consider and how to operate the remote.

I scheduled my TV to be mounted. The guys that came by were professional and did a great job. They even called me a few days early and offered to install it early. I was available so I accepted the earlier appointment. Too bad the Cell phone repair appointment wasn’t as great.
