The agents mounted the tv we purchased quickly on the living room wall. They had all tools needed to locate the studs on the wall and quickly mounted it. Connected all devices to the tv and gave us a tutorial on the use of the tv and sound bar. Agents were very professional and friendly.

The item worked great. I was able to finish up my project.

Geek squad team did a great job installing the mount and insuring the tv was completely level and operating correctly. Setup the tv completely and made sure the picture quality was beautiful.

I had a confirmed appointment intall a new 77” tv. As the end of tbe 3 hiura window was approachjng and no deliver in site, i called for an update. After some time, the rep said they are running late and wiuld be there in 39 minutes. An hour later, astill no TV. Another call and this time, the installers wouldnt answer his call. 90 minutes later still no TV. I finally get a call back at 9:45 PM asking if I still wanted him to come. At that point, family isnin bed and I wasnt about to have installera there appraching midnight. The worse part was I left work early, moved furniture out if the way and removed current 65” TV and sound syatem. I now have to wait “2-3” days for somejne to call me back and reschedule because the TV in in transit….aka still on the guys truck. Terrible experience so far.

The agents that mounted my 75” TV were on time, they were wearing their masks, They were respectful. They took all the measurements To make sure the TV had good placement, where everybody can see and enjoy it. They answered all the questions I had. A good experience all around.

The new TV resides in a cabinet. The crew of two was really skilled at installing the new bracket--knowledgeable, skilled, good problem solving. However, the bracket I brought them to use from BB was to short to extend the TV out of the cabinet adequately. I asked them to pick up a 42-45" bracket, call me and come back an install it. They initially answered phone calls then stopped answering my number and never cam back to fix the problem.

Do not buy from Best Buy or Magnolia, and definitely do not use Geek Squad!! Geek Squad subcontracts installations to a 3rd party in my area (Philadelphia suburbs). The subcontractor called the day of my install and I had to fight with them just to get back on the calendar 3 days later. Day of install, the crew that arrived was rude and refused to measure anything and instead eyeball all the measurements. They scraped up my wall with my mount and installed it unlevel and too low. Then they left fingerprints all over the screen and failed to remove shipping films and padding. They also failed to route my hdmi cables correctly through the mount channels and even through my wall channels. They even stole one my new $70 hdmi cables. I bought 4 and they left me with three. In the end, this was the worst install I’ve ever experienced. The quality was extremely unprofessional and I’ve already contracted for a more boutique and experienced crew to fix everything. I bought an 83” Sony oled, Sony soundbar and matching subwoofer. This crew was at best qualified to install 42” tvs on a fixed stand. Not qualified to wall mounted anything, let alone any equipment of this caliber.

This is the second time I've used the Geek Squad to mount a large TV in my living room. Fast, efficient, and hooked up my smart remotes, insuring that everything was operational before they left. The guys were friendly and super helpful!

Had the Geek Squad do a basic mounting service for an existing 55in in our bedroom. They came in a timely manner as scheduled and were very professional throughout the install which literally only took about 30-40 mins. It's the second time we've done the basic mounting and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

The Best Buy guys arrived on time and immediately went to work. This is a 75” tv so it wasn’t exactly easy. But they knew what they were doing and they quickly had it mounted to the wall. Then they spent time setting up the tv just the way I wanted it. They were GREAT
