Absolutely love this product! Now instead of having a mess of chords and wires from my entertainment system, I now have a nice streamlined appearance with no visible chords. I like it so much I had it installed on all my tv’s!

Right on time. But, they were in a hurry, and cut some corners. Everything worked, after a call to Geek Squad to explain all the new controls.

The agents mounted my tv and connected everything to it. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving and showed me how to use all of the features that came with the tv.

The third party agent, named Alex, did an excellent job of mounting my 55" television to the swivel stand I bought and in assisting me to set up the television and setting up both Netflix and Amazon Prime. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

There was no way I would have been able to install the TV mount and TV on my own and was to nervous to ask a friend for help. What if something slipped !! Best Buy once again provided excellent service during this install and it looks great!

I have an old (? 12 years old) home theater system with composite connections. When installed in 2006, HDMI was not available and one of the wires had a poor solder connection to the plug. The installers took the time to find a good wire and eliminate the ghosts that the old wire gave. Picture is very sharp.

The agents were very professional and friendly. They came in and did there job in a timely manner. Cleaned everything up. Showed me how to use everything and answered all my questions. Yes I would recommend this Geek Squad to everyone.

Geek Squad set up my TV and got everything up and running the way it should. I don't think I could have get everything to work without messing something up. They are. and have been the Best as far as I'm concerned.

Geek Squad is an amazing service that is many times over worth the investment. The service provided is excellent and the service team is just exceptional.

The guys who mounted the TV were great! They took the time to walk me through the steps of using the remotes between the TV and PS4. They showed me some great shortcuts to get through my favorite shows and were very patient with my questions. I highly recommend them!!

The Geek Squad team mounted my new 83" TV and set it up to work with my existing receiver. They were super friendly and answered all my questions. They made sure that I was completely satisfied and never rushed.

Having the TV mounted to the wall was the best thing.

TV mount fitted perfectly for the space . Also, allows the flexibility of moving inward and outward.

Agent mounted TV and soundbar, made all connections and performed the setup. Everything works great but first startup of day can be a little inconsistent. Always eventually works but seems to take different steps day to day.
