The agents installed the tv, helped me with setting up hulu and explained ARC to us. We had bought a new reciever from Best Buy, and wanted to try it but they said it was iffy at best and other reviews really bore that out so saved us a lot of frustration and we hooked up optical digital instead.

Unless you are a handy man with a trusted assistant you need this service for a large TV. I speak from personal experience. The screen is so fragile it will break if you apply the slightest amount of pressure to the screen when you lift th the TV. Geek Squad install the wall mount, connect all of your devices and remove your old TV.

Our technician, Kenny from Geek Squad, was the best we have ever seen. He was very prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We had him both times to install our TV's and mounts on the wall. I would highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone.

Guys came and set up the TV. I'm annoyed it's no longer included with the purchase of a TV, and that will likely make me to start looking elsewhere for my electronics needs, but the service itself was fine

I was worried about hiring to do something I'd normally do myself, but we got a BIG tv this time. The guys who came out to mount it did an outstanding job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to get it right.

Agent Mathew, is a real GEEK the boy is smart as a whip, I have never met a real live geek before. Very knowledgeable , very patient very courteous, I really enjoyed meeting him. If I could give him more than five stars I would he certainly earned, everyone of them!

Everyone that came was respectful and very helpful

The guys mounted my 65" TV, installed the sound bar and programmed my Harmony universal remote. They were highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When there was a small problem with the programming of the remote that I commented on in the on-line survey they pro-actively contacted me and came back to resolve the issue.

Overall excellent service for the installation of my new TV and sound bar. They explained every step along the way and share very helpful tips to ensure I understood the features of my new TV.

They are so quick you question the price, then you think oh i get it back or was included in the program a good value and peace of mind. They need a quick list of questions they can hand the owner

Martin did an excellent job but unfortunately could not complete due to the boxes that were sent to me. I’ve gotten the updated equipment and I need to schedule a follow up appointment. I will and I want Martin to come back and complete the job.

The Geek Squad was prompt and helpful in getting my new 70" tv mounted, connected and running, They were fast and out the door in less than an hour and this included explaining everything to this non-techy person!
