Everything was completed professionally. Our wall did not have studs for the TV install. The Geek Squad team member had a resolution with special heavy duty mollies. Very pleased!

Technicians were great. So nice to have them locate best placement for tv and for them to attach the bracket to the wall and attach the tv to the bracket. they explained all the features of the tv and got everything connected in a short amount of time

The agents unpacked my TV and stand and set everything up perfectly. My TV was mounted to the stand without any issues. The agent’s also took the time to explain the operations of my TV/remote control. Overall, I was overly and completely satisfied.

When I had a rep come out to review the wall and help select the needed hardware I was told the install was going to put the wires hidden in the wall for building code... I could have screwed the tv on the stand and saved a lot of money. Bestbuy keeps giving me a run around and said I should have been charged extra for that in addition to the install and the rep made a misrepresentation when I was charged.

The Geek Squad was awesome. They were very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the mounting and setup process. They helped me with setting up my streaming apps, which I really appreciated.
