The guys that installed my Tv did a great job and the TV looks great on the wall.

We had the same team both times for the installation which was awesome. First because they are a great team and secondly, they knew the situation when they returned. (The reason they had to come back a second time was because we had to move an electrical outlet.)

We purchased this TV for our conference room as a large computer monitor. Works beyond expectations with crisp, clean visibility and can still stream and what not when needed. Also had no hassle installation by Best Buy with a full range wall mount also purchased from the store. Very happy with our purchase.

I have to say the Geek Squad did a great job installing the bracket and setting up the TV. They were very professional and gave us great options on the mounting. They did a great job hiding the wires and cleaned up everything including the taking of the box so we didn’t have to deal with it.

Took a few trips when contractors were initially sent at first and told me the TV couldn’t be mounted on a particular wall. Eventually Best Buy came out themselves, and they were able to mount on that wall using a different mount (which they had in the truck). Inconvenient process requiring multiple people to come out but when it was finally mounted it was good work.

The TV was never mounted, and I’m waiting for a refund to be issued. The gentleman‘s name was Willis and he was very helpful but unfortunately the mounting was not completed.

Perfect for corner mounting BUT extremely expensive.

David, from Very Sound Advice, is amazing! I’m so pleased with the job he did. Best Buy finally did something right! Using this gentleman to install our TVs was the best experience. I hope Best Buy continues to utilize his services. David is personable and knowledgeable. He was an absolute joy to deal with.

The Geek Squad ask if I wanted TV hooked up to WiFi. I said I did not think so at that time; but I now think I would like to do so for Smart TV and maybe some Flo Marching Band connections?? Loved the way the Geek Squad handled our installation. They were very professional and congenial.

Techs were very knowlegable and friendly. Took their time explaining the many TV features. Wanted us to be confident how to use a fairly sophisticated TV before they elft.

Paid the premium to have my tv wall mounted, they followed through exactly like they said, was there on time, actually early, installation smooth and they double check to ensure you feel it was done properly......couldn’t ask for any better experience especially compared with cable, moving, etc

Once we had the right mount it's been great. Mix up with online purchase. We did not receive good online advice and had to return the first mount sent. Annoying to have to return the mount in person. Wish geek squad would have taken care of it for us. This mount does the job!

Our old wall mount didn't fit the new TV!!!! The new TV needed to be LARGER!!!! It was a new TV, 55" replacing a 55"!!!! New was smaller by 4" width, and 8"Heighth!!!! It doesn't look so good!!!! Can we be helped???? Will a 60" fit on a stand???? HELP!!!! Ron R
