The agents arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They mounted my new TV without any issues and cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend!

Techs were very professional and explained everything very thoroughly! They made sure to explain everything to me that needed explaining! I actually give them 10 stars!

The guy complained a lot about it being an above the fireplace mount and threatened to charge me more. The original mount was installed by Best Buy also. The guy wasn’t as familiar with it and got upset that he put the TV up wrong and had to redo it and that’s when he started saying he may charge me more money. This was a horrible experience. He asked me who setup the service and I told him the guy in the store that sold me the TV. He just made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying for quality work and if you had to charge me more then fine but you didn’t have to come in my home and be a Negative Nancy the entire time.

Install team arrived on time (actually early) and had my 75” tv beautifully mounted in a matter of minutes. Definitely worth the cost of installation. Recommend 5 stars.

They took down our 55" TV and put up the new 75" TV. They were professional, friendly and programmed the Comcast TV remotes (2) and made sure everything was working prior to leaving.

Outstanding service. Guys were knowledgeable and did a great job installing the mount and hanging my tv. Couldn't be happier. Am so loving my 77" LG OLED tv. Looks great on my wall.

While there were some bumps with the order and confusion on the delivery, the geek squad did an amazing job, they were extremely helpful, professional and they ensured we were completely satisfied with our product and setup before they left! They went above and beyond to correct in store errors and we would highly recommend them!!!

After several requests to get new TV installed and the move 2-TVs to different locations inside house which was finally done on 3-15-23! I've now have the installs completed and the Geek Guys on 3-15-23 did an very good install & very helpful with it1

all good through and complete I am not writing anymore just because you require it These are a pain in the rear

The 65" Samsung has a great picture, the TV remote is greatly improved over the prior model. The Geek Squad were efficient in getting the TV mounted on the wall and programed for our cable and streaming services. Give the entire transaction an A+.

Geek squad agent did a great job. Moved one tv to the basement rec room and installed new tv in a bedroom. Had to move and re-install the mounting bracket in the basement. He was also on time for the appointment.
