Malcom and his partner (sorry I can't remember his name) were awesome. On time, shoes covered, made quick work of the install of our existing (Best Buy purchased) 75" TV and a new Samsung Soundbar. Very pleased!

Both members of the Geek Squad were super friendly! They were very efficient and did their job perfectly. I wouldnt mind having the same Geek Squad members out for any future jobs I might need! They made sure everything stayed clean in my home while they worked. I was very impressed and satisfied!

Definitely worth getting professional installation

Prior TV service person (Clearwater TV and repair) removed old TV for repair. Was advised that TV was not repairable. When he took the old TV, the TV mounting brackets was taken but not returned. The best personnel could not make installation with no bracket. Current waiting for return of bracket by Clearwater TV and appliance for installation to be completed. Please advise.

This mount was the one that worked best for us. Sturdy and retains a small amount of flexibility. Perfect The installation team is an awesome crew. Quick, courteous, and cleaned up when that completed to install. Very happy with the service.

I Like about them coming to hang up my TV that they came on time I listen to what I said and they were very professional so thanks Best Buy I will recommend this to anyone to get the total tech

As a self proclaimed DIYer, it was tough for me to go ahead and pay the cost of this service. I am reformed!! It was worth the cost-no extra trips "back to the store", tv was installed and working properly in minutes. The TV sits in the wall mount correctly and Geek Squad even fixed the errant chord problem.

Great experience with the two service agents that installed my new TV - including, having a different cable on hand than what the online order had recommended, explaining use of the new TV and going over all options for set up to ensure I had what I needed.

Booking the appt was a pain, started online and it was a hassle. But the guys who came were professional and the best part was they wore shoe booties!!!! #newHomeownerProblems we supplied the mount for a 55” flat screen. Took 15 minutes :)

The technicians were friendly, professional, and fast. They took the time to discuss the TV's uses in order to recommend the best placement and settings. This was a project I could have easily done myself, but the conveni and expertise was worth the fee.
