i bought new tv mounts and needed their help to get them put up. they did a very professional job and cleaned up after their work. it looks very nice and works perfectly. thank you.

The installers called ahead of time to announce their arrival. Right on time as scheduled . Quick, efficient hook-up of new TV and sound bar. Total clean up of boxes, papers, etc. a complete explanation of new remote together with hands on demo. Extremely polite installation crew.

The agents were courteous and mounted the TV perfectly. I am very pleased with the TV, and I am very willing to recommend Best Buy.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all the devices including the sound bar system. They were on time, worked in an organized and clean way. Very respectful and cooperative.

The agents mounted my TV and did a good job. However, they could not get my Directv receiver to work with the new TV. My husband was pretty upset about that. They told us that we needed a new digital box but that was not case. My husband got it working later in the evening.

I provided the technician with two in wall outlets so cables could be easily run and hide the cabling. He did not ask any questions so I figured he had seen how the old wall mounted television was connected as well as the Ethernet cables. When I checked on his install he had drilled out the Ethernet outlet box and pulled cables through it and did not install in the way I had requested. The connection behind the tv (although unseen behind the new tv) will cause issues when we try to sell our home in the future. The Ethernet throughout the house did not work after he left and Best Buy had to send him out again the fix properly. Not impressed with technician or the general appearance of the install. I would not recommend using this technician.

Mount Crew did a great job setting up the TV and Sound Bar. Reason for the poor review is they did not clean up the debris from when they drilled holes for the brackets. I had to move the furniture away to get my broom and dust pan in there. Would have been so easy when they were installing to just clean up after themselves.

I was surprised how well my installation crew did. I bought 2 mounts. They tried so hard to get the non-compatible one to work and when we gave up it was because the mount just was not going to work. Luckily I had a second mount that they had recommended and it worked like a charm. But this crew was perfect!

The team was very good at explaining the process and helping me to understand the rationale for certain aspects of the installation.

Everything is finally connected to make the TV work properly. However internet cable is strung outside the wall so I have contracted with another vendor to correct this problem as well set up the audio system properly. They did a great job installing the very heavy wall mount and the 65" tv so that part is great.

The agent came on time. Did an excellent job mounting the tv & explained the features on the tv.

Bestbuy installed my new 75" TV and it didn't cost me much since I have the GeekSquad plan. I am satisfied with the job and I didn't have a hard time to schedule an appointment. I believe the installation took approximately 20 minutes from start to finish.

Hubby purchased a new larger TV so he had the Geeks mount the old 55” TV in the garage. They immediately worked to install the TV mount in the garage and move the TV to the new mount in the garage. He’s very happy with the quality of their work and the tv mount itself.

The geek squad are professionals who understand what they are doing. I was very pleased with the service provided. They were neat, fast, and professional and ensured preciseness.

I wanted to upgrade my 75" TV which was set up on a stand to a 85" (28% bigger!) which needed a proper, rock solid swivel/tilting wall mount. Best Buy knows how to do it right and that's exactly what they did. Professional all the way.

Geek squad installer went beyond his responsibilities. Balance & centered tv- then connected the cords into a surge protector. Anchored & re-cut cover for the cords. The original installation a year ago was not completed correctly. This guy- sorry forgot his name Jose? Was awesome!
