The Techs took down my old set and replaced it with the new set, and hooked up my Sound Bar. They were quick and very proficient at their work. We would use them again.

These guys were exceptional. I've had a few televisions mounted. I know these guys were done in less than 30 minutes and cleaned up behind themselves.

I purchased a 75in Samsung TV which weighs almost 90lbs. I needed professionals to minimize the risk of a DIY wall mounting disaster. The Geek Squad measure, mounted and tested the TV installation and I have peace of mind that my TV won’t wind up in pieces.

The geek squad was very friendly but I wasn't happy with the work. Let me start by saying that they only showed up at my house at 9:30pm, when my appointment was from 4-7pm. Naturally they didn't start drilling into the walls until around 10pm, which was not a welcomed sound for my two sleeping children. The bigger issue is that they measured the mounting incorrectly and were forced to drill a second time. I now have two big holes which I need to have repaired. One, this will cost me money but two, I can't even let someone repair the wall because taking the TV down to do so will void the warranty I purchased from Best Buy. Overall I am extremely aggravated with the situation.

The guys who came to my house to set up my television, portable projector and Sonos system did a great job, everything worked and they gave me full instructions on how to operate all the systems as well as helping me download all the necessary apps that I needed.

The agents were very courteous. They knew exactly what to do. They mounted the tv in no time. They hooked all the wires up and cleaned up after themselves, even removing all the trash and boxes. They were truly a bright light for Best Buy!

The Geek Squad Team showed up on-time and had my 77" LG OLD TV installed in no time! The purchase did not include the wall mount, but they had a couple of options to chose (fixed/adjustable) from onsite. Got the adjustable and it works great.

very expensive add on in addition to fire place mounting fee, they do not help with adding or relocating studs so it was mounted too high for me where the wires show

Our first set up was not the best. We had to get a new Geek.group.to.help us with our remotes connecting with the TV. They were great!

The mounting bracket works great with just enough tilt for my 82” Samsung. I would have thought you needed something more substantial looking. The intallers were great! They came in, no problem for them. Nice, neat install and cleaned up everything and headed out. And I had 50foot cable runs done in the attic.

The geek swat service is the best Best Buy has to offer nowhere else has this in any store. I can recommend one by any electronic Devices always ask Kiko’s wife specialist to help you choose the right electronic devices.

These folks were at the top of their game! Very professional and fast. So glad I did not attempt by myself. Highly recomend the install service.

The Geek squad agents were excellent. They worked quickly and neatly. They mounted the TV, did all the setups, explained usage , etc.

All he did was take the TV out of the box, plug it in and plug in the cable wire. I don’t think there was anything else to do.
