The geek squad was courteous and professional. They even hid the cables behind the wall. They were able to diagnose that the tv mount I purchased separately would not work and had a back up one just in case. They were great!

The techs were amazing; very polite, neat and efficient. They did a great job! Unfortunately they had no supplies on the truck from the store and they didn’t even have the hdmi cable or coax hardware!!! They were very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault... Best Buy didn’t send them with a proper truck!!! Very annoying!

The agents were on time and mounted my tv and sound system. They also took away the old one and the boxes. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing.

The Geek Squad service agent Robert was awesome! He was personable, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was surprised he was by himself to mount my 55" TV and sound bar to the wall, but you could tell he had done it before.

The team members were on time, asked guided questions, and performed their job beautifully. After completing the job they asked of I needed guidance on anything pertaining to the install and product. They did an awesome job installing my product.

The 2 young men who installed my TVs, wall mounts, sound bars and mounts + internet switch did an amazing job. After installation was completed, they setup all the equipment so it was ready to go. A+ job.

They guys brought the first TV that was cracked, they were apologetic even when it wasn't their fault. When I got it rescheduled the guys checked it out eeal well before they started the install! Great service from the delivery team and helpful!

The installers answered all of my questions and the tv, soundbar, and remote controls were good to go when they finished

The guy who mounted my 65" TV was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to drill holes in my 1976 panel walls and hide all of my wires. It looks terrific. Measurements were perfect.

2 Geek guys arrived on time and asked me to verify what we required. They did exactly what we asked for and explained clearly all details of the changes that were made and how everything worked. Very good professional service.

When the guys came out to deliver and set up my TV they did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. They did a great job and refunded me on the mount and fireplace installation upgrade since they were able to use my old bracket. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad!

This tv is amazing, so glad i got it ! Cant wait to change the living room to an OLED as well !

I like the Best buy services and products all the time.

The installers mounted and set up the new tv and soundbar. But I cannot keep the sound bar operating and to come on with the tv with one remote.
