The agents were great. The removed the old tv and mounted the new one to include making sure the programming of the remote was optimized. This is the second time they have been out to help. They were wonderful!!

The squad did a great job dismounting the old tv and installing the Sony. Answered all my questions and were totally professional and easy to get along with.

This bracket does it all. Very sturdy and if the Geek squad can install it so quickly anyone can. The only reason we went that route is because our tv is very large and delicate. We didn’t want to take the chance of damaging the tv. Tilt features also on this mount.

Justin and Chris did an excellent job. They set up my Wi-Fi and adjusted the television settings so I wouldn't have to try and figure it out. All I had to do was watch TV. They cleaned up afterward and took the empty box to dispose of it.

Techs were on time and very concerned that install was to my satisfaction.

The professional service these guys performed was the best money i spent out of the whole package. They came in and quickly performed the work and taught us how to use the new equipment in a very informative and polite manner. When they left all the trash and mess was gone with them

Joe showed up early, with my permission, delivered and set up out 75" Sony TV, connected it to out home theatre system and showed me all the neat bells and whistles. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very knowledgeable. A great job! Thanks, Joe!

The person came at the prescribed time, got to work installing the TV and was able to everything done in less than 30 minutes. I was very impressed.

The installers did a nice job installing the TV mount to the wall however refused to install the TV due to what they perceived as a "weight limitation" on the mount. What they looked at was weight of my TV plus the stand, 77" TV. Stand weighed 24 lbs., TV weighed 51 lbs., mount rated at 77 lbs. They refused so I and a neighbor mounted the TV. Job was only 50% completed.

Does the job as for as a wall mount and the geeks are the best for installation

Had Geek Squad come install two 75 inch tv’s I purchased. Excellent job’ no accidents. Glad I had them come in to do it only $50 if you get the yearly. Expert advice contract. Well worth it. Got a discount on extended warranty and removal of my old projection tv’s. Well worth it.

Sony 4K television mounting is great. Highly recommended.

The guys did an excellent job mounting my 77" TV which included a TV mount and cable management box that I purchased.

We are very pleasenty surprised with how well this 98” tv performs for the price. Everyone is impressed.

The Geek Squad who installed my tv did an excellent job! His name was Evan and he did a great job! He was on-time, patient, showed knowledge of the product and walked me through every step of the installation process and how to use my new tv. He was great!

A bit overpriced but well worth it and is adjustable too
