The agent's were courteous and professional in the installation!

They did a great job on my tv installation and mount.

The Geek Squad agents replaced a standard flat wall mount that I had with a Sanus Elite tilt wall mount. Excellent service and install. Showed me the several different positions I could move my tv with ease. Set the tv up for me so that I had all the proper connections; HD cable, wifi, and channel updates. GEEK Squad did an outstanding job. They were quick and able to fix and install my TV on schedule. I was very impressed with their knowledge and efficiency.

Very helpful, straight forward and efficient. This is an extremely easy process and the gentlemen who assisted us were quite knowledgable, polite, and respectful. The first thing they asked if shoes off or shoe covers worked. Cleaned up. Will never mount a TV myself when it's this easy to schedule.

The service just keeps getting better. Techs arrived and we discussed where to mount, how to mount and what I wanted. Took old tv down and hung new one perfectly, showed me all the new features and how to operate. Made sure I was completely satisfied and knew how to operate before moving on. Excellent Service! Highly recommend

The Geek Squad crew, Barry and Sonny, were absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Could not have asked for anything better.

Technicians really cared about the quality of their work. A nice change from the typical “get in, get out, get paid as fast as possible” that you see too often these days. Since it was such a large TV, they made sure to hit 3 studs when installing the wall mount bracket. I would use their service again!

I think it’s a must have to mount the TVs by geek squad. Beats having some handyman doing it that may not do it as professional as the geek squad. Very happy with how it came out.

Lucas Preis was AWESOME!!! He measured at least three times and with his years of installing televisions, mounted it perfectly because the frame televisions are not simple! He was knowledgeable, professional, and personal. Awesome guy who did an amazing job!!

Agents worked diligently on connecting new 83” TV and soundbar system , mounting, and connecting devices.

Our TV installer was prompt and professional. We give him a solid 5 stars. The Best Buy process of scheduling our install was absolutely dismal- a true failure at the corporate level. I gave this review 5 stars, however, because the Geek Squad installer had nothing to do with Best Buy's ineptitude.

I had the pleasure of having my 75" Sony Bravia installed by your geek squad. There were very knowledgeable about the Sony brand. They hung my tv quicklywith precise measurement making sure it was secure on the wall. They gave us instruction on apps and how to keep theTV updated when necessary. Great ambassadors of Best Buy!
