The geek squad installers were very nice. They went back to the store to get the right mount and also had a longer hdmi cable for me to purchase. They answered all of my questions about my tv purchase and made sure everything was working before they left.

David and the other Geek Squad man were the absolute best-They answered all my questions and gave me step by step instructions -Were so helpful -I can’t say enough good about them

Disaster & Disappointed and loss of day. two gentlemen delivered the new monitor to be installed on bracket. After they completed work they uncovered the monitor/TV I had just purchased, was missing from the sealed box, a power cord to power the unit and manufacturer Samsung remote control. The two installers assured me, if I would just go to the store I would get the missing items ( at no cost) ready for plug and play. The installers never powered the unit nor verified and full functionality of new purchased item ( there were missing items to complete the job) , which is part of the service I paid for( It is part of installation agreement). On the same day I went BEST BUY store where item was purchased and explained my situation to a store manager. I was met with a BEST BUY store manager, that showed no empathy to my situation. Instead the store manager attitude was of an in deference, more of I do not care. It does not affect me. the financial impact doesn’t affect my store. The store manager offered me the option of buying out of my pocket an universal power cord and in universal remote control.. knowingly full well, that if I was to use third-party parts on a new monitor, the manufactures could void the warranty on the new purchased product. I am now fighting an uphill battle, getting full credit for the product the installation and more. This is the main reason Best Buy stores are closing and across nation ( poor quality service ) BEST BUY has become WORST BUY!! I Canceled the order and requesting a full refund and dealing with loss of time from work. If I could give a negative rating it would be the least to say.

I experienced excellent service from knowledgable people working in the store who assisted me with my purchase and then had prompt delivery and install by Geek squad during the same week.

Junior was terrific and very knowledgeable about how to tell us! The earlier guys from Boulder were awful, so ask for Junior.

The Geek Squad workers were excellent in their product knowledge and were very conscience with the care of my merchandise. They also cleaned up well and removed all the empty boxes and trash,

It was super simple to schedule an appointment , definitely recommend the totaltech protection plan which i was able to get free installation for a 55 inch tv! otherwise i wouldve paid $150

I have had the Geek Squad mount multiple TV's for me. This time as always they are in and out in a flash and do great work. And, I don't have to worry about creating a bunch of holes in the wall I don't need and end up patching and still looking bad.

The installers came at a reasonable time and were able to get the installation done within an hour & half.

This was a remounting of a tv after painting the wall. The technician was quick and efficient. He had to return the next day because there was no sound from the sound bar, but he was able to correct that quickly.

Mike and James were terrific. I really like how helpful they were with the install as far as suggestions to enhance our experience. They placed the tv at terrific eye level and kept a clean work area! Would definitely recommend to my fellow man
