The service the Geek Squad provides is amazing. I have requested their service on several occasions and they always come through for me.

I bought a mount for over the fireplace of my new home. Turns out the previous owners had left the mount there but not the arms. The guys worked with that and credited me for the actual mounting that wasn't necessary. They also worked with an unusual wiring setup for the location. Excellent job.

This is total stupid I said they installed the ZTV and hooked it all up the way it should have been done. Don’t need to say any more!!!!!!!

I was so happy with the gentlemen who came to deliver and mount my new TV. They unpacked and took all debris with them. They installed my TV on the Table Top mount I had already. Thank You!!

The agent mounted and connected my new LG. They explained how to work it. Also sold me a mounting bracket for my old tv. Also got an appt very quickly.

I used them once and fix my computer. Did an excellent job go to all the viruses and the junk off my computer so it’s now running a lot faster than before and loaded some anti-software so the viruses will not come back in the future

Very professional and quick! Our walls are extremely thick and hard so they had a little trouble finding the studs but they were really nice and did a great job in a short amount of time. Well worth the money bc if we hadn’t, I’d still be waiting on my husband to do it!!

Arrived on time. Very professional, well spoken, polite, clean and very helpful. I couldn’t move the old tv and tv stand by myself so the two men that had come for the wall mount graciously helped me out. My house was a clean when they left as it was when installers arrived. 5 Stars.

We had some problems on initial install since I had metal studs. They had a different mount on the truck for the install problem with my studs. They had the answer on the truck and didn't have to forget the install and start over the next day. Nice to still have it done while they were here. Glad I used them

They installed my new tv on an existing mount and tech did set up (including signing in to streaming services I have) and all features on the tv. Showed me all the features and watched while I found all of the functions myself. Everyone needs a Geek to work these complicated features on the 4K sets!

The guys who came out were excellent. They were on time explained everything ask how I wanted it every step of the way, extremely helpful and I was very happy

The Agents that cam to my house were awesome. They let me informed if their time of arrival, used booties on their shoes, made sure I understood what they were doing and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.

Bestbuy did a great job delivering it on time and having it wall mounted. Picture quality is near perfect. Blacks look stunning. The only down side is no support for DTSMA.

Had to come twice to the house, since I am not that tech savvy, to synch m streaming device to the TV. was patient and did not make me feel stupid, but was veyr helpful.

The agents were very respectful, and did a great job attaching my TV to the wall. Took only 15-20 min to complete. They knew what they were doing.
