Geek Squad has always been an extremely reliable TV mounting service for me

At first I purchased a tilt mount, but the mounting holes did not align. The next day I exchanged it for the correct mount and the Geek squad team installed the new one in just one day. Kudos

Bryan and Tino were fantastic and most professional. Been a Total Tech Member for years and Geek Squad has always been most dependable.

The installer did a great job installing the TV, but a poor job ensuring that I was able to operate the TV. I'm still struggling to fully gain use of it :(

Agents were very professional, did not only a great job mounting the large screen TV but also switching out the previous TV to another room. They also set up the remotes and got us ready to use both our new and previous purchase!

The men installed 3 TV's in 3 different rooms and said a great job. They were both tech savvy and knew a lot. Plus they had additional equipment (like an Apple TV unit) on their truck that we purchased. We are very pleased and would have them back for other help!

In over ten years, I never make a large purchase from Best Buy without purchasing the additional geek squad protection. The service is top notch, the technicians are fast and efficient and know what they are doing. Thank you for this great service.

The tech removed my old tv and installed the new one. He worked quickly and had the tv up and running in no time. He programmed the remote so it’s very easy to use. He also gave me instructions on how to operate everything

The Geek Squad installation service, ably led by Donny, is the best. It is regrettable that the computer repair service is unsatisfactory. The computer repair staff that I encountered are uninformed and rude. Hope this can be approved.

The agents were great. I mean they were knowledgeable, met my expectations of TV placement. They were patient and experienced.

We paid for Mounted TV hook up and installer came out mounted the tv which is great took a call (work call) then packed up and left. By the time we were able to double check what was completed we realized none of the hook ups were in place or even the TV plugged in. We finished the job and moved on. Called to get this extra feature removed but looks like I'm still being charged for it. If you get this service double check all connections prior to your installer taking off especially if they are taking calls during the installation.

Great team , very professional. They installed the TV and did the programming in about 1 hour. Money well spent !

The Geek Squad was fast and efficient. We are totally pleased with the removal of our old TV and installation of our new TV. They utilized our existing mount and sound bar and saved us money.

The end product was very good and the Geek Squad installation looks professional. I really like the Tech who finished this project and the on phone staff who arranged the final installation. However, from time of delivery to final installation was over two months.

Serves it's purpose. Had the Geek Squad install and they are always great. TV is still on the wall... so all is good!
