I was not at the home when the Geek Squad delivered and set up a new 65” TV for my elderly father. But he complimented on the service several times later that day. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for any installations or equipment needs.

Cody was absolutely wonderful - focused, thorough, pleasant and even informed me about the streaming speed I had as compared to what it should be...Cody was GREAT!!

Agent got to my home a little late in the evening but kudos to him. He had quite a few service calls to do and mine was his last stop before heading home. Even through the long day he had a great attitude. He had my mount up and going pretty quick.

3 people showed up to set up our TV along with installing the wall mount. All we can say is that they did an EXCELLENT job and we are so glad we had them do this for us.

Joe and teammate were excellent. have only had the chance to use about 10 days so hopefully the install is good and will last . would def recommend the geek squad those two installers

I would recommend Marcus to any Best Buy customer. He knew how to install my 43' tv successfully to my bedroom wall with ease and he also helped me set up and program the Roku stick into my 43 in tv as well. He came exactly on time to my apartment on the requested appointment schedule.

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install my 84" Samsung a few years ago and they were great. When we moved earlier this month, I called the geek squad and was quoted a price to uninstall transport and install in the new house. When I got closer to moving, I called back to schedule everything. That is when everything changed. I was told I would need 2 service calls, and they would not transport the TV to the new house, even though I purchased the extended, in home warranty. My son and I completed the uninstall in under 10 minutes, included taking the brackets off the wall. I then had to do the transport myself, despite being told Geek Squad would do it on my first call. So all that remained was the install in the new house. They asked me where I wanted it, and instructed them to center it on the wall. When they were done, it was off center and crooked!! The geek squad never used a tape measure or level, but rather "eyeballed it." This is an 8K over $7,000 TV, and they eyeballed it...! I ended up hiring another contractor to fix the issue, and another to repair the wall from fixing the geek squads mistake, In short, love the TV, very disappointed in the service. I would never use them or recommend again.

Techs were skilled and polite. Used my own tv and wall mount.looks great.

I have to review this as amazing. The Geek Squad installers are always profession and respect my home when they install. I can’t be more satisfied than their work. Thank you Geek Squad, Best buy, and Magnolia!

My Geek Squad Tech (Chris) called and confirmed he would arrive in 30 minutes and he was right on time. Unboxed and set up my new 65" TV quickly and answered all of my questions perfectly. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE

The Tech Group installers were very Professional-Paper booties on their shoes-Face Masks- cleaned up all packing items-spent time explaining the operations of the new TV & sound bar-calibrated Sound bar- Very pleased with the results

I’ve used Geek Squad for several years and haven’t been disappointed. They’re always on time or early for appointments & call ahead of time. I use them for any set ups that I need some including computers, desk, ring doorbell and smart locks. I recommend their services.

The agents delivered our tv and unboxed it. After moving the existing tv to our bedroom they then set the new tv in position and got it all set up with our wi-fi and cable box and showed me how to use it. Great guys, very knowledgeable.
