The couple that came out were very safety conscience and professional. They tried and the mount was not going to work on the tv. They gave me info on which one to buy, I returned the mount and bought the one they recommended and rescheduled appt.

The employee mounted are large TV in a matter of minutes. It would have taken us all day.

Shyam has been an professional. He stayed on top of this installation from the time I purchased. Jonathan was the installer. He was also professional and took his time to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Happy customer!

The geek squad agent was really helpful and friendly. He mounted my 50” TV without any help and hooked up my services super quickly. He patiently explained the remote buttons and important TV settings to me in a way I could understand.

Two very nice, polite young men came in and had our TV mounted on the wall in short order. They spent some time helping us get is set up and showed us some of the features. Definitely worth it.
