I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an outstanding service from a team of professionals who expertly mounted our TV. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, efficient, and truly exceeded all our expectations. Right from the initial consultation, Justin exhibited a remarkable level of knowledge and expertise. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions to ensure the best possible outcome. Their friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put us at ease, creating a positive and comfortable environment for collaboration. On the day of installation, the team arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment. Throughout the entire process, Justin and his demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine passion for their work. Lucas Preis was AWESOME!!! He measured at least three times and with his years of installing televisions, mounted it perfectly because the frame televisions are not simple! He was knowledgeable, professional, and personal. Awesome guy who did an amazing job!!

This was perfect. All I had to do was point especially for 85 inch TV replacement, and the two gentlemen that came was professional as can be. They need a job quickly swiftly they asked plenty of questions to satisfy the needs of my installation and everything went well.

Angelo was perfect with everything. Organized, professional, he explained everything in detail. Very nice person. I am very happy with all of the work he did. I will request him the next time if that is possible.

I purchased a TV, Soundbar and TV mount from Best Buy along with a coordinating Soundbar mount purchased from Amazon (Best Buy only had one Soundbar mount and it was Rocketfish I believe) and had Geek Squad come and mount everything. There were 3 techs that came inside to get the job done fast and efficiently! They made sure that the Soundbar mount that I purchased from Amazon would work with the Soundbar and the TV mount from Best Buy. Thankfully I did my research and it was easy to find because the Sanus Soundbar mount was universal to Sanus TV mounts so everything was confirmed correct. Everything was done in about two hours I believe and looks great!! All 3 techs were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the installation. I also had a choice if I wanted to run the cords (only the HDMI cords not the power TV cord or the power Soundbar cord - that is a certified electrician’s job only) through the wall or leave them all hanging down where I can later put a casing on the wall to hide them. I knew I was going to expect great service from Best Buy, as always, but I was extremely satisfied with the whole package! I will definitely have Geek Squad come back with any other service I need in the future!! I joined the total tech support through geek squad. By doing that geek squad charge was only $50.00. To mount and set up my 85 inch Sony t.v. It was well worth it. Carlos and Jorge did a great job and adjusted everything as well. Asking them questions about the technology of todays t.v.'s was like getting a education,they knew so much. i also brought in one of my computers to. On that they reformatted and reinstalled the operating system,updated it. All went well.

Excellent service! I love the work that was done...so easy and it looks great. Could not be more pleased with the workman that came here and was so considerate of my home and everything in it. He was a delight and so professional it took him only about 1/2 hour to complete the entire job...vacuuming and everything! Having the TV off the floor makes such a difference and adds so much room to my mobile home living room...don't know why I waited so long to have this done.

These guys were great! They were very careful of our new hardwood floor, wearing protection over their shoes and setting pieces of the equipment on cardboard from the package. They also did all the setup even programming our cable control to work with the tv and sound bar. They also moved our old tv to the bedroom and did that entire setup. Their familiarity with all the equipment meant they did all the work very efficiently and in the minimum of time. All the while answering our questions and explaining as they worked. So happy with our new tv and sound bar!

I called the geek squad to install a new SmartBoard in my home. It is basically like installing a TV. They were super helpful and recommended the right mount for it and the tech that came out was easily able to install it. Extremely happy with geek squad :-) they were also able to install it very quickly too - both on the day of the install and the date on the calendar.

Greg and Davin did a great job. They were friendly yet professional the whole way through the install. They were careful with our new tv, careful not to trash our house installing the tv. They listened to our questions and concerns; they focused on getting our tv set up perfectly.

I recently purchased a large flat screen tv along with a wall mount. I arranged to have geek squad do the delivery and install for me. The showed up in a timely manner on time and delivered the tv and the mount. And the guys were very courteous and they in stalled the mount where I wanted it and installed the tv onto the mount. I tested it and it was installed perfectly and it didn’t take much time. They also helped me scan for the local channels and to hookup my cable. I am very happy with this service!! ( :

The Geek Squad Team installed 3 TVs, a sound bar and a Sonos system with outdoor speakers. Their workmanship and knowledge of the systems was excellent. The installation was professional. The lead Tech Dave is highly recommended.

I think it’s a must have to mount the TVs by geek squad. Beats having some handyman doing it that may not do it as professional as the geek squad. Very happy with how it came out.

The agents were soo professional, but friendly. Setup was efficient and fast. They explained things clearly and answered my questions, proving that they know what theyre doing. Their thoroughness was impressive. Id recommend the Geek Squad in a heartbeat.

Two technicians showed up to my home for wall mounting. They were very courteous and professional. After installation they advised me on how I should handle the tv when moving the wall mount. After installation I noticed that the wall mount didn’t move as easily as I thought and they even suggested another wall mount that Best Buy offers that would have a little more flexibility.

The Geek Squad duo was very professional, on time and did an excellent job of installing and explaining the system to us beyond the service requested. We really appreciated the extra time they took in assisting us with this purchase. We had not used this service before but highly recommend them to anyone needing set up services.

Job well done! Gabriel and Michael are knowledgeable and professionals. They put their booties on before entering your home. They are respectful of your property.

Geek Squad did a great job assembling the stand for my new TV and setting up the TV. Connected to UVerse cable, etc. Made sure I was comfortable with remotes. I am more than satisified that I purchased the Total Protection plan. As far as I am concerned, it has paid for itself in 2 weeks time. Used them for setup of a new laptop and a new TV.

Mr Chris Davis is exceptionally and knowledgeable technician that Geek Squad should be proud off. He is kind and very professional in every details of his job. Meticulously mounted my 75 Inches LG to perfectionist. Recommended a LG sound bar to further sounds quality performances. I bought and he connected it.

Ian and Steve arrived on time, explained what their plan was and executed it perfectly. Not only did they do a professional install, they cleaned up and spent time with us making sure we knew how to work each component of the TV - receiver and installing our apps and making sure each one worked ! Thanks these two are pros and commend them for representing Best Buy and the Geek Squad in an awesome way!
