I couldn't have been happier with the Best Buy techs who mounted our TV. They were super friendly, efficient and helpful with their suggestions for the best set up. They made a tricky mounting look easy.

Not happy about the cost to put my tv up. Best Buy charged $250.00. The mount was already there so all Geek Squad needed to do was put the tv up on the mount. The tv only cost $169.00 so the $250.00 charge was ridiculous..

They did a great job installing and setting up the tv - we probably could have done it ourselves but it was part of our TotalTech package and it was nice to have it done

They did a pretty good job setting up my new TV. However; the wall surge protector they sold me does not stay attached into the wall socket. Waste of my money.

Very professional, very attentive to where I wanted tv located,explained how all worked and requested a broom to clean up! Way to go!

I can't say enough good about Xavier from Geek Squad. He did a great job of installing and explaining how to operate the whole system.

the work they did was great and the techs were personally good guys. They were without many tools due to a 'truck change' which caused them to have to go back to the store twice. This turned a 90 minute job into over 4 hours. could have been avoided by a simple tool/item check before leaving. Service itself was fine and unlikely my issue will repeat

One of your Geeks mounted a TV on the wall for my parents at their assisted living location. Sterling was his name and Sterling service he provided. He took the time to make sure they had the best video and audio they could get. Thanks so much for the GEEKS! They are wonderful.

The guys that came out to my apartment to set up my tv and sound bar were great! They were quick and knowledgeable and totally worth the money spent. I was alone and didn’t have anyone to help me do it, I always recommend having set up done by them because I didn’t have any worries!

The agents installed my tv and properly connected all my cable functions! They were very professional, polite!

If you can get an appointment for install with actual Best Buy/Geek Squad employees, you'll be happy. The cost is high, but the employees do good work. If your appointment is scheduled with a 3rd party group....good luck getting them to show up. It took 3 tries and over a month to finally get Geek Squad employees to do the install.

Very smooth I had questions and answered. I'm sorry that the virus is here, I would have liked to ask more but the location it installed at makes social distancing difficult. Not a Geek Squad problem They were very good and friendly.

Service was excellent! This was my first time using Geek Squad and it was for TV installation. Daryl kept me informed about his arrival, he was genuinely caring and courtesy. The whole process was smooth.

Excellent picture for the price but the TV had a lot of quirks. Picture would occasionally cut out for no reason, especially playing blurays, and it sometimes simply wouldn't recognize my sound bar unless I manually turned bar off and back on. Recently upgraded to LG OLED. Not a great first experience with TCL.

The agent mounted both of my TVs quickly. He expertly checked the wall for studs and asked my opinion on the exact placement.

The initial agent was outstanding, she knew exactly what needed to be done and she did a great job! Sorry I don’t have her name. I know that she is out of the Alliance Store. Great customer service!
