The squad removed my old tv and mounted new one quickly and carefully. They helped to download streaming apps and were professional and friendly.

Adrian and his associate did an excellent job mounting the TV on the wall and connecting it to the sound bar. They were very helpful in getting familiar with our new TV.

The team member asked about the location than I wanted the t.v. installed. He told me where I would get the best picture quality. Great attitude!

Great service, professional, quick and clean up was easy. They even take away the boxes. Worth the money to ensure it is installed correctly and securely considering how much you spend on a TV.

The gentleman were great. The bracket we bought to mount the TV wasn't the right size and they were very accommodating in giving us time to return the bracket for the proper size and returning in 3 days to complete the installation.

This was the best service. He called when he was heading over then was really professional. He was in and out, perfect T.V. Install.

Geek Squad wall mounted 65” and 75” TVs, making all connections to TV, sound bars and receivers. Terrific job, very neat and thorough. Paired all remotes, TVs, soundbars and receivers. Used zip ties to neatly bundle all cords.

Best buy has wonderful customer service, and Geek squad is well worth purchasing!!! Definitely recommend them!!!

I purchased 85 inch TV and the price was amazing...Then we had the geek squad come install it in our bedroom now it looks like a movie theater

The agent set the tv where I wanted, plugged it in and turned it on. However, he did not explain anything to me. I had to get a family member to help me set it up.

This was a mixed experience. The TV was scheduled to have been delivered and installed on 12/31 between 9 am and 1 pm. I performed all the preparations as requested. No one arrived. I called at 1:15 and was advised of a 45 min wait to speak to an associate. I hung up. I called at 3:45 and was told that the installers were on their way. Called again at 4:45 and was told that I was still scheduled but that the customer service representative had no way of contacting the installer to say where they were and if they would show up. No one came. No one called on 01/01 or 01/02 to follow up. I went to the store on 01/02 and was advised that I needed to reschedule the installation. The best date was 01/12, but they would try to improve on the date. I contacted Best Buy on 01/04 to inquire about any success on improving the delivery. They advised that the best they could do was 01/12. In my opinion, they had given up. I told them of my opinion. Best Buy said that they could deliver the TV on 01/06, but that the Geek Squad could not install until 01/12. I took delivery. I mounted the set on the wall myself. It was straight forward. Instructions on the mount from Sonos and the TV from Sony were outstanding. The Geek Squad arrived on 01/12 to check the set up of the remotes, etc. I'm good to go. So, now the good news. When the TV was delivered they apologized for the fact that they could not install it that day. They did answer a question about my sound bar which had both Optical and HDMI input. They recommended that if I needed a new cable to use an HDMI cable. This would allow the TV to control the sound. I did this when I installed the set myself. In my opinion, the people with whom I dealt were great. The systems available to them from Best Buy were terrible. Who has a system in which a 3rd party installer cannot be contacted? Who has a system in which service reps enter customer complaints and never alerts anyone to follow up the next day with a call? Who has a system that us unable to improve delivery dates as slots become available? All Customer Service is able to do is to placate people when they call or visit. It is Lip Service, not Customer Service. It is Best Buy's Back Office, not the employees. They are not empowered.

Great experience. Kind team of people came in and installed my TV. They were very knowledgeable, installed the TV quickly, and were polite.

Very personable and knowledgeable. 2 men worked constantly and got the job done perfectly. They made good suggestions with sound reasoning. Everything was completed on time at they all look and work fantastic. Geek Squad installation is the only way to go!

The two men sent by Best Buy were professional, friendly, competent, quick, thorough and a real pleasure to have install our TV. We asked them to use a "pull down" bracket that we had purchased online and they made quick, complete work of installing it and mounting our TV. We were delighted.

The installer was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly installed my new tv and explained the function so easily.

Herberth was amazing! He kept me informed re: his ETA and installed the mounting bracket, mounted the TV and connected all devices without a flaw! Herberth is professional, extremely courteous and I highly recommend him.

Can’t say enough good about Geek squad services. We have used them twice in the last 5 years and have been extremely happy with them. We highly recommend the Geek squad. In our opinion they are worth every cent.

I would recommend using the Geek Squad to mount & set up you new TV from Best Buy. They arrive on time with everything needed to do a perfect job. Afterwards, they optimize the picture & explain how to start the TV. In our case it was a Toshiba 4K with built in Amazon features.
