the team members that came to mount the TV were very professional and focused. They asked questions for location and height and sound quality. fairly quick mounting be very thorough and complete.

THE AGENT MOUNTED MY TV QUICKLY WITH NO PROBLEMS...

The guys did a great job and even hooked up my HDMI arc I was having trouble with on my TV this one replaced.

Geek squad was down one person but he did an EXCELLENT job of putting 65" t.v. up on the wall. He explained how to use remote and he even took the very heavy older 55" t.v out to the garage for me.

Super good installation. Retired and updated the home sound system. Mike and associates were totally professional. Explained all steps as the hooked everything up.

Sony 75 inch is amazing with new power pac is better than my last tv. The tech were great too

I purchased a TV and wall Mount and decided to let the Geek Squad come to install my TV. Best decision I made. The agent came at scheduled time. Very professional & efficient. Will definitely use the Geek Squad again.

I apologize for forgetting his name, but the Geek Squad employee who mounted our TV was fantastic! Super personable, professional, and quick. Probably took less than a 1/2 hour to get everything installed. Definitely worth the price.

The agents installed mounts, installed and programmed both TV’s. Were fast, efficient and very friendly and informative. Programmed both TVs and were very patient in showing me how they worked.

The TV is great and the Geek Squad supposedly set it all up : BUT IT doesn’t go directly to turn it on with the cable remote. I have to after turning on with Cable remote I must tgen use the LG remote to get to the cable HDMI SETTINGS.

They really knew what they were doing. They was very careful not to damage anything. They had great advise that we took on the placement of the TV

The agents did install the TV and re-connect the cables properly. The TV is shown in the store flat against the wall and that is one of the reasons we purchased it. After the installation, the TV was out from the wall and it was explained to me that we needed a recessed outlet in order to get it closer. It was also explained that I would need an electrician. I think it would have been best if the Geek Squad could have been able to provide the recessed outlet; or minimally, if I had been told before the appointment that I needed a recessed outlet.

Awesome service. They came in, put booties on, and worked with care and diligence. Took them awhile, but they were able to get the tv up and give me a guarantee that it wouldn't fall. I will be calling them when I get another TV.

Agents were prompt , knowledgeable , and courteous…They called the day before and the day of the scheduled visit to narrow the estimated arrival time…Very happy with the product and the service…

Great installation crew. Very competent. They advised that our current mount was adequate so we were able to return the one we purchased just in case.
