The tech arrived on time and carefully assembled the wall bracket and installed the tv. He very patiently guided me through all the features and connections. He could not have been more helpful. Thank you!

David and crew did an outstanding job mounting our television, and were very polite, explained everything, and made a ton of helpful suggestions. They were very clean, and helped me get the best possible TV setup in our living room. Would definitely use them again.

The geek squad has a very good team very polite and kind I just wished that I can get all my components hooked up there has to be a way can I hook up my karaoke machine am i vcr,DVD, all together working please call if you can accommodate thank you.

The agent was informed I had a small tv so he came alone but I had an 82”. He had no screws with him for the tv. He had to call for assistance which took about an hour. The other person brought screws and helped to place the tv.

This was my first time doing this and it could've have been better! The guys came on time and didn't take long for them to mount the TV to my wall and show me how the remote works. They were very reliable and worth the money.

Our "Geek" was knowledgeable and very patient with us. He arrived on time and was efficient connecting our new tv.

The techs from the Geek Squad did a great job. Mounted the TV exactly as I wanted and made sure it and the Sonia sound bar were all dialed in. Well done.

I was expecting the geek squad to arrive with my TV to install on the wall as was told by your sales person David. I also only wanted the geek squad . BUT a sub contractor with his wife arrived and after he drilled the holes in my wall, he said he did not have the screws to put it up and would come back at a later date depending on his schedule. I told him if it's not up by 5pm tomorrow it's all going back. He turned up and finished the job. NEVER AGAIN. I RECOMMENDED GEEK SQUAD BUT NOT CONTRACTOR.

The agents did great job installing my TV, setting up my mesh network, explaining how to get the best performance from each, and cleaning up drywall dust from the TV mount.

Bryson went above and beyond his call of duty. There were some items that didn’t get delivered, but he personally made sure that he pick them up and install them.

They knew what they were doing. My only concern was it seemed like they were trying to get you to buy extras and they weren’t cheap.

The Squad did a great job mounting and the system. They helped decide the best position for the 77" tv installation.

The Geek Squad of 2 mounted my tv on the wsll and had it performing as intended. My regular sound bar is doing well. The secondary unit is not. I will call to discuss after the first of the year.

After numerous delivery cancelation dates and numerous phone call I was finally able to get my TV delivered by someone who knew what he was doing. He was on time as well. Because of the difficulties I experienced I was told I would be reimbursed my delivery charges, which to date has not happened.

The in house service provided has been awesome. I will continue to use geek squad for all in house installations

Crew was great .Very knowledgeable and courteous. Work was very neat and they left the home spotless. They pre measured and marked locations for my electrician then came back for final install .Very professional.
