David was on time, knows his work very well and installed the tv with no problems. Appreciate his professionalism and how much he enjoyed fixing this tv problem for me.

The technician, Jared was great. He was very knowledgeable about the mounting and setup of the tv.

The technician called about 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. Before he mounted my tv, he made sure he had the mount exactly where I wanted it. He was fast, meticulous, and courteous!

The Geeks took care of everything. Mounted it exactly where i wanted it. In and out in about an hour. So much easier to let them do it than for me to.

Well so far Geek Squad has been top notch. All our appliances are starting to depart this earth.... Washer/Dryer, stove, dishwasher etc..... So far Best Buy have done well. Dispite "Corporate" cutting staff to the bone!!

The guys that came to my house to install the wall mount did a phenomenal job and were super friendly. I was hoping I'd be able to do a survey or something, but nothing ever came. So I'm writing a review on here. Great Service!

Installation was done professionally and happy with quality of mounting. So I don’t have anything negative to write about it. Good job there. The technician told me he can put in professional HDMI 1.4 cable for $40 as I didn’t have one. I thought he would put a new cable but when he was done he had put an old used cable and expected to be paid $40 by cash. I would have generally tipped but this was not right for him to charge $40 for a used cable he probably picked somewhere. My kids were getting impatient so I didn’t want to get in argument. Didn’t leave a good impression Geek Squad. I bought annual technical service plan for a reason to save money on installations but this experience left me wondering.
