They mounted it with my existing mount theyveere in and out no problems at all

Had several issues with this service being added originally.. The new guys that same were cool. They both got the job done!

Great TV. Was unable to get the JBl speakers to work with it.

TV/Display Setup & Mounting was undertaken very efficiently.

The agents mounted the new tv and explained everything to us with ease and words we understood.

Overall, the gentlemen installing my TV were very good at communicating arrival time and did wall Mount my TV. This, however, is not a white glove service. Which I expected, but was still stressful for a $4k purchase. They stripped a brand new TVs screws and made little to no effort to center the TV without being asked to do so. And then, it was not actual centered. Speed seemed to be the primary objective. Rating 2 stars based on expecting this to an extent, and for them successfully mounting the TV without scratching it.

The GEEK SQUAD came to my house and installed my 75 inch TV they did a very professional job they were quick and knowledgeable.

Km was very knowledgeable about my older equipment hookup. After a flood in the basement we couldn’t get the tv and audio surround sound working. She came and completed in a timely manner.

If you don't want to do this yourself then this service is well worth it. Guys are pro. and courteous. They mounted the 65" TV, set it all up including apps, and removed all packing material.

They could not hang it 100% centered, but it was not their fault that the studs were slightly off-center. They tried their best, and it is barely noticeable.

The delivery and installation was subcontracted to a third party. It was not done by Geek Squad as it was 8 years ago when I purchased my previous big screen. Back then the team was awesome, professional, polite, respectful of my home and friendly. This time the third party installers were abrupt, clumsy, obviously in a rush and unprofessional. My install used the same mount so the install was relatively easy compared to working from a bare wall. Still they seemed annoyed the entire time. If they don’t like their job they should find another one. Not a great experience when compared to 8 years ago. They even broke one of the locking mechanisms on the mount, made no effort to repair and I’m not sure how I’d get the tv off the mount now if I needed to. Can’t recommend Geek Squad services since I didn’t get Geek Squad people this time.

The fellas came in like gang busters. They were professional & polite. They handled their business, explained things to me (which I’ve already forgotten) & left. They were in/out under an hour.

This is the first time I get something installed through Best Buy and I had a good experience, now I get everything installed with them when I buy it with them. 

The guys who delivered and mounted my tv were outstanding, attention to detail, cleaned up afterwards, answered my questions and concerns and hooked up my dvd player, roku and new soundbar. Great service

Both the representatives were professional and thorough in their installation and calibration of my new television... They offered to come back at any time to readjust if needed cleaned up and we're on their way.

The geek squad was awesome once again.This is the 3rd tv they installed and mounted in our home.
