The TV was mounted with exceptional Service and I am very satisfied

Agents mounted our 55" TV over our fireplace and set up our entire system. They sent a reminder of the appointment the day before and the morning of. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived within the timeframe of the appointment.

Geek Squad made sure everything was to my liking! They let me know what options I had as for as the placement of my tv! Made sure everything was connected and worked to my satisfaction before they left my home! Greatly appreciated!!!

The installation guys were efficient and prompt. They made some good suggestions, too.

The two guys sent to install my TV did a great job. It was a difficult installation between the sheer size of the TV (75") and location (over a fireplace), but they got it done without a hitch. They also boxed my wires to make it a clean look.

Kind, courteous and very helpful, Geek Squad installed and connected my TV efficiently and effectively. They also took excellent COVID-19 safety measures -- wearing masks at all times and being very conscious of managing risks.

The Geek squad team was great. They called with a 30 minute ETA. Came in and installed my 85" tv and surround sound in an hour.

Installer mounted and added an outlet in-wall hiding cords for a clean look! Also replaced/installed the old tv in the office adding a soundbar.

The two gentleman did a very nice job of mounting our new TV. However, since they have left, our soundbar and subwoofer works fine but our rear speakers do not work at all,

They are awesome! And make the experience effortless. If you have purchased any electronics or large appliances they are a must have!

The pair of technicians mounted our 60" TV over the mantel, installed the sound bar, connected all to the internet and walked us through the remotes. Very professional, very capable, impressively polite.
