Had them mount and set up our new 75" LG TV. They were great! Arrived on time, actually got me in without having to wait for days. They were very professkional, explained everything to me and had the tv working in 15 minutes. I highly recommend using them.

The individual that came out and installed was great. Even though he was short handed I helped him unload the TV and take it out of the box. He was very professional and had the items that was needed with him to connect my other devices to the TV

THE GEEK SQUAD only connected one DVD player to the Newly purchased 77 inch TV. they did not offer to comeback to hookup my other items such as my MY KARAOKE PLAYER, BEST BUY Speakers, & MY 5 DISC DVD PLAYER TO THE TV.

I could have accompolished this install myself but didn't feel like doing it. Besides, if anything went wrong, Best Buy would be responsible not me. Worked out great and glad I went with this service.

The agent was very professional and courteous. He wore his mask at all times. He gave us different options on were he could and couldn't install. He reviewed the tv remote and functions. Overall, service meet my expectations.

The service and installation was fine. However it happened more than a full month after the scheduled date. In addition, the service team did not arrive until 10pm, and rushed through the check out because it was so late. I noticed the next day that they neglected to install the power transformer.

Geek Squad did an excellent job- they were prompt and completed the installation efficiently. They came back inside when I had a follow on question. They were helpful and hauled away an extra tv.

The Greek squad was amazing! Punctual, fast and very knowledgeable I'm bringing in and seeing up our new tv with all the extras. They even took the time to help us understand how it all works.

I am glad the agents had shoes covers because the washer and driver delivery installers had oil on the bottom of their shoes and got it all over my cream carpet. They were cleaned up and gave me great suggestions. They were very knowledgeable.

The agents that attached my TV to the wall were professional, knowledgeable and great at communicating what they were doing and gettin my input. I was very very pleasee.

The agents did a wonderful job installing my TV, removing the old one, setting up all of my A/V equiptment, etc. The final product is streamlined, no wires showing, with all of the remotes operating through one Harmony Remote. A fantastic Job!
