They were on time and set it up without issue. moved my old tv to the location I asked and even re-mounted my sound bar.

Geek squad did not disappoint! They came out to mount my bedroom TV. They even did a preview holding the TV up to make sure I liked the level. Quick and cleaned up after.

This tv mount is very sturdy. Im always worried about the weight of the tv on a wall. But this mount is great. I would make this purchase all over again.

If you have a 65" or larger TV, I would say that the $200 fee is worth every penny. The bigger TV you're dealing with, the more difficult it is to mount it. There are many variables or issues that can come up when mounting a TV. I'd say: Money well spent.
