The techs were great! They knew what they were doing!

The agents mounted my tv on my stone wall quickly and it looks great. After the install they cleaned the area up not leaving a speck of dust from drilling through my stone wall. They were super clean and friendly. I highly recommend!

These guys are so proficient. I will give up a lot but the geek squad and total tech service I s no one of them. Love my new frame TV.

It took about 3 times for the job to be done but I didn’t mind that as much. The first two techs here were both great but the techs came out the second and third time, the older one was rude. The younger one was great and professional and friendly but the older one was making comments under his breath and was rude and got more rude when he couldn’t get the feet off the TV to mount it and I asked him to mount it with them and my husband would get them off. They mounted the TV but left the in wall cord and cable power kit to hide the cords untouched so I see the cords hanging from the TV. In general with most of them it was a very pleasant experience and they were great but the last guy was just so rude and didn’t do a full job I feel like I most likely wouldn’t use Geek Squad in the future.

They did a great job! Mounting was quick and feels sturdy. This was my first time not mounting myself, but didn’t want to risk it with a 77” TV. They also cleaned up before they left.

Tom Hamer was my installer. He and his helper whose name I don’t have, were the best. They took time to explain all thefeatures of my new TV and how to use it. They were neat and very patient. Made me wish I had used the Geek Squad a long time ago.

Geek Squad Agent Kenneth Spacek went above and beyond to install my TV/sound system and explain how it works. Extremely professional and left his set up area in my living room even cleaner than before he arrived.

the agents who delivered and installed my television. It was TOTALLY WORTH IT. They took care of the installation and set-up, and then taught me how to use my remote and tv. Also - they had great suggestions on Netflix shows in 4K !!!

I have no problems with any of the people who disconnected or reconnected my TV. They get 5 stars. Best Buy should not even get 1 star for both the cost and the lack of service provided. The fact that I spent around $5000.00 for this set-up and you would not even transport it to my new residence is outrageous. I had to pay a moving co. over $800.00 to move it along with a few other items. It cost me around $600.00 to $700.00 for you to disconnect and reconnect the system. Good thing I like the TV or I would have returned it. I think Best Buy needs to look at your policies regarding transporting TVs and the cost of the other services involved.

The setup and overall installation of the tv was awesome. Very professional, fast & clean!

The team came in on time as scheduled and hung the TV, cleared out the box and packing materials, set up the TV and connected it to the Internet and demonstrated for me how to use the features on my new Sony TV - they were in and out in less than an hour.

My Geek tech was the best ever. He and his partner were efficient, knowledgeable and the best home service we have ever had. Will definitely use them again.

The agents arrived on time and installed the TV and sound bar in a reasonable amount of time. They were courteous and wore masks, gloves, and protection on their feet. When I experienced a technical issue later in the day, they responded quickly and did not hesitate to return and fix it to my satisfaction.
